It was great to celebrate a birthday dinner with family. The food was amazing, as was the staff. This has become my favorite place to take people in the East Bay by far. Had a friend reach out from Japan and say all he can think about is the Chicken Parm!
The excellent reviews for this classic Italian restaurant drew us in, so now need to add one of my own! Expect a dimly-lit space, tables with tablecloths and candles, and walls covered with photos and framed art reminiscent of Italy. The restaurant isn't huge and tables are strategically placed to maximize the available seating. However, it's not a very open space and does get loud as it fills up, which happened very quickly at 5pm on a Saturday night. Service is excellent....
We had a great time as we always do !!! Angel was amazing. He is the guy behind the Bar. He always makes us feel like family. The food is second to the conversations we have, but that is amazing too. I always have the Lasagna and Lisa had the scallops for the first time and they were perfect !!! Until next time 😊
