This location is the worst place in Walnut Creek, people work there very unprofessional, rude and they only want the money from the customer, I placed an order for pizza at 3:00 and I asked them to get it delivered at 5:00 for my family gathering with kids and grandkids. I called 45 minutes after the pizza was late and they said driver is on the way,, kids were hungry and everyone else was, called again and they put me on hold to find my pizza, I was on hold for 10 minutes and no answer, we called again to ask about our pizza and they hung up on me twice, they stopped answering the phone, finally we got a hold of them and they promised that our pizza will be there in 5 minutes? Is this a joke?? 30 minutes later we called again and asked for refund, it’s now 7:00 and my family left with kids hungry and no pizza, this is the worst experience ever ! I will never buy from mountain mikes pizza, bad management and very poor customer service.

Don't know what kind of game this place is playing...I ordered a pizza for pick up, when I arrived they said it was still in the oven, I'd need to wait five minutes. When "it came out", I paid and walked out to the car. The box was not hot, I thought well since it was just put in, it would heat up in a minute. Gave it to my husband to hold on the way home. When we got home he told me it never got hot! Why would MM lie about it coming out of the oven? Then when I called and spoke with the Manager, he talked in circles and said it couldn't happen!! Well hellloo, it DID!! The new owners have also really, really cut back on the amount of toppings. We have been a great customer for about 20 years, but I'm done with this place...there are many better places in WC to order pizza from!

These guys are good folks. We order them for lunch at work, they are on time and do a great job. There are a few places we've ordered from that we can never rely on to be on time or get the order right but these folks always get right and are on time which is a big deal. People at my work like their pizza so we have it every couple months. I've talked to them on the phone a couple times and they were on the ball. Solid place especially if you're looking for a good lunch for work.

This review is for the customer service I had with Sing who helped me order 3 delivery times for a hospital. He went above and beyond in making sure the orders were correct and even personally texting the receipts to me for my company. And best of all he text me to confirm the drop offs of the pizzas at the hospital. Thank you for your help and making sure the deliveries went smooth!

There are so many good eating options in this plaza but nothing beats the all you can eat Pizza and a beer for lunch price at Mountain Mike’s. The service is great, plenty of room to seat and plenty of parking too. I got a half pitcher for excellent price.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza and large cesar salad to go last Monday night. The young man with the red hair who took our order and helped us was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our menu questions and the pizza was delicious, salad crisp and fresh. The restaurant is nice for groups, families, and watching games. Great service, great pizza. We'll definitely be back.

Only 1person working both the front and the kitche. she went straight from taking orders to making pizzas without washing her hand. the second person that came in cleaned the tables off but did not wash them he used his hand to wipe off crumbs. Service was not great

First the pizza took over an hour (about 1H 15M) to arrive.When it did arrive...I don't even know how to describe it...not food anyway, this was not edible! We got four plastic discs of something that looked like pizza. If someone told me it was a 'display pizza' I would believe them as it felt like hard plastic.It was so hard that if you tap it against something it makes a knocking noise. You could not chew it at all. My guess is that this pizza was:1. Way overcooked to begin with (all the cheese was burnt)2. Left out for ages3. Was so hard it was inedible, called the restaurant and they assured me these cold plastic discs were fresh. Do not eat here, the pizza here may put you at risk of physically hurting your mouth or gums. Do not expect any customer service either, I was told a manager would contact me but this never happened.
