Good boba and snacks! Parking available nearby at the garage. Not sure why it's seems empty often though.

I arrived at 8:48 pm and was told it was closed.

So good. Legit 滷肉飯. Gotta call the homie here to check it out brah

Disappointed in the drink. We had been to Fremont location once. I thought was good. I ordered boba milk tea with no sugar. Taro mike tea adding boba with no sugar. Still too sweet! Boba was squishy not chewy. Not my favorite. Won’t recommend.

We always enjoy the tasty drinks ant the Oakland flagship. Visited the WC and were pleased by the good service. The drinks and foods are well portioned. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the tables, seats, and chairs. The table and chairs had grime/food particles from what seemed like last week. The door and windows were smudged and full of fingerprints..

My go to place for popcorn chicken, watermelon slush, and braised pork rice. Boba tastes great as well. Recommended.

The Thai Bubble Milk Tea and Jasmine Bubble Milk Tea were excellent, boba had a great texture. The Ube Mochi Waffle, Pandan Mochi Waffle, and Egg Puff portions were generous, freshly made, and so delicious.

Additionally, it was great to see almond milk and oat milk as alternate milk options. I will be advising my lactose-challenged friends to check it out!

I asked for 50% sweet and it felt like 75% sweet. Overall the service and Boba was great ?
