Got to try My French Cuisine at Foodieland, and admittedly I was hesitant paying $30 for the Beef bourguignon. The bowl, despite seeming small, was very filling and stew was very delicious, but I knocked a star for it seemed to be missing ingredients and definitely didn't look like the Beef bourguignon they had pictured at the event, and didn't exactly match the ingredients listed either. I didn't realize it until I nearly ate the whole thing, but you can see in the picture I took that not a single potato was in that stew. And what "vegetables" were supposed to be in there? My stew had a ton of meat, no complaint there, but I would have preferred less if it meant I would get potatoes as pictured on their menu. The carrots and mushrooms were great though. However, I would like to have them again if I ever see them around. Super nice staff too!

It was a crazy week and I needed to host a business dinner party and really needed to impress .. I called My French Cuisine and I'm so glad I did ! The food was simply delicious , elegantly prepared and presented and blew our guests taste buds away !!! Will be calling again soon ! Bon Appetit!

We were so delighted to enjoy a stunning array of catered desserts for my husband’s birthday. Our friends could not stop raving about the Apple Tatin, Tarte aux Pommes, Tarte aux Citron merengue, Chocolate Lava mini desserts, &assorted mini-Mousses. My husband was deeply impressed at the amount of labor involved in creating the fabulous display.Fleur & Joseph were even so thoughtful as to include complimentary tasty Macaroons plus a Mylar Birthday balloon!

The quiche we ordered was delicious! The crust was flaky and thin. The quiche was easily reheated. And delivery was easy, on time, and handled with care. All ingredients were fresh. We had quiche Lorraine with spinach added. Love this new French bakery!

If you are looking for authentic recipes then look no further, I got the beef bourguignon and it was delicious. This chef does trays of charcuterie and other sides that are so tasteful and homemade, I loved her sweet and salty little cake slices, such interesting flavors! I tasted her homemade lemon tart and it is done the French way with a lot of Zing lemony on a thin crust, so it was not heavy at all. I got to talk a little bit with the chef and her training is such that you can order almost any meal to be prepared from around the country or the world, from Jambalaya to paella and more.

I’ve enjoyed eating a number of My French Cuisine’s offerings- the Bouillabaisse, Beef Bourguignon, Basque Chicken, lemon tart plus others. It is all delicious! What a pleasure to eat authentic French food. They catered for a party of 24 for us and everyone raved. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I discovered this catering service at the French Gastronomy Festival 3 weeks ago. We loved the concept of having a wonderful French meals without too much work from me. Last night I have made the Bouillabaisse from their La Bouilla-Base broth. The Bouillabaisse was so flavorful, delicious, and looked so fancy. Our guests thought that I had put hours of the work in this -- it only needed 10 minutes to get the dinner ready!We loved the Bouillabaisse and would love to many other items in the future.

We had Poulet Basquise for dinner when my daughters cane to visit. The scent while cooking was irresistible. The taste was so good they went for seconds. This chicken dish was so tender ou hardly needed a knife. We will have it again. Our next meal will be Beef Bourguignon. Nice to have a French Catering service with such delicious meals.
