i’ve been to this myo AT LEAST 10 TIMES.they have such a great variety of flavors every time we go. the workers are so sweet and happy to help.i haven’t had a bad experience here yet and each time i go to another yogurt shop, i think “yeah, myo is still the winner”. they’re simply, unmatched.

Customer service is great and my first time ever at this location but will not be my last. Pineapple Dole whip was delicious and dairy free. Great place for a little indulgence without the guilt.

I tried to buy a frozen yogurt here. I had a medium cup with vanilla and fresh strawberries. The total came to $10.05. I tried to pay with a 50 dollar bill and was told by the clerk that he could not accept that. I told him that other than that I only had $9. I was told he/she could not accept that either, at which point he/she picked up my yogurt and walked over to the trash can and threw it away. Customer service?

Me and my girlfriend went in the walnut creek location on Sunday the 15th around 7 PM, were greeted by 2 young boys who were so nice and welcoming. Asked if we needed any samples and were super nice at the register. Loved the calm music as it made us feel more welcome. We were super impressed of the cleanliness of the store and professionalism that these two young boys showed. We will definitely be back! Love seeing our younger generation work so hard and professionally.

Great yogurt! BUT walking in on a Sunday evening the music was HORRIBLY loud. I couldn’t stand the loudness of the music. The music was also rap music making it very uncomfortable to be there with my child. I hope the owner makes changes on their music policy.

Convenient location. They have a good variety of 6-8 flavors and lots of options for toppings. They have very limited seating inside. Price is not inexpensive ($22 for 3 cups) but probably in line with "going rate" in the area.
