The cashier was extremely rude (woman with glasses). She spelled and called my name wrongly (which is fine) but she saw me waiting with a baby for 15 mins or more and didn’t want to say that my food had been waiting on the counter all that time. When I approached her to ask about my food ETA, she just said - it’s here, I already called your name. She called some name that wasn’t mine, she wrote a totally wrong name on the order (even though I spelled it for her) and she was looking at me waiting with my baby across an empty restaurant while my order was sitting there ready.Never going back there, I really don’t want anyone, not just me, to be treated like this.Awful, awful person!

As a vegetarian, I gravitated toward ordering the falafel bowl. It was a delicious combination of texture and wonderful sauces! The biggest issue I have with falafels is they are often overcooked and very dry. Nick the Greek does a great job mitigating this issue with delicious and tangy sauces. The rice was also cooked well, good portions, and a nice mix of greens. I didn't feel weighed down after eating this bowl. This is a great place for a quick casual lunch, especially if you're on the go! I am looking forward to my next falafel bowl.

Terrible customer service experience due to the rudeness of a lady employee at the billing counter.

Mediocre food, nothing special. Trader Joe’s falafel balls and pita are better than this. Service could have been just as friendly and attentive were it a kiosk. Restaurant was a box with painted walls and standard tables and push up chairs. Get the kids meal for half the price and same volume as what’s on the regular menu.

Never a disappointment. Jerry Rice Bowl is a current fave. Especially when they don't mind subbing a different meat.

Nothing special! $13 for a light in weight gyro with a lack of flavor (beef/lamb)You be the judge.

Very delicious wraps. I usually get the beef and lamb one. My extremely picky older son even eats their meat! The flavor is perfect, their concord location is great as well. On occasion, I would pick up a gyro or two and sit outside to dine with my baby and people watch (or car watch )

Nice the Greek franchises have been popping up like mushrooms all over the Bay Area. This one is located at Plaza Escuela in downtown Walnut Creek, across from the Cheesecake Factory.I met a few friends here for lunch on 04/04/2023. We walked in at around noon and it was not busy. The interior was clean and well lit. We were greeted by the cashier, who was friendly. I ordered a beef and lamb souvlaki plate with fries ($16.50). With a drink plus tax and tips, it was over $20. My order was ready in five minutes. The portion was generous. It came with a good amount of meat and fries, several pieces of pita bread, plus a salad on the side. The quality of food was just OK. I thought the meat was on the dry side and the flavor didn't excite me. The fries were a bit on the greasy side. The taste of the salad was not vibrant at all. I have had better Greek food elsewhere. Glad I gave this place a try, but a return trip is unlikely. 3 stars.BONUS MATERIAL:- Outdoor seating available.- Major credit cards accepted. - Garage and street parking nearby.

This is the 2nd Nick the Greek location I know about here in the Bay Area. I know my mom likes the food from this chain / franchise? I personally think it is just okay, I have had better Greek Mediterranean food from mom and pop places in LA. I think the item I like here are their fries with falafels. I would order that again. I did not like their wraps too much - if I were to have one again, I would ask for sauce on the side and not already placed in it because I think they put too much for my liking. I wish they had garlic sauce. The employees here are so nice! The food also comes out ready in a timely manner. I have only ordered to-go from here. I might need to try their bowls instead of the wraps. There is indoor / outdoor dining - it's cool how their wall can open up. Walk thru the front doors or you don't need to if their wall is open.

We arrived before 10:30 PM but the cashier was explicit that we could not dine in - we were only able to get takeout. The restaurant closes at 11 and there was someone still sitting at a table. So we got takeout, no worries. The food wasn't packaged great as the lid popped open immediately and spilled slightly in the bag. We asked for a new bag and the cashier took care of it. Didn't seem like she wanted to be there but it is what it is. The food did really hit the spot but also there were spoons but no forks available. Food 9/10Service 3/10Vibe N/A since we weren't allowed to eat inside
