Being from NY I know what a good bagel tastes like. I had a sesame bagel with the Nova Lox I think it's called. The bagel was so chewy and the salmon wasn't great. I will not be going back.

The last two times my spouse and I have been into the store we ordered Lox sandwich with no cream cheese as we are allergic to cream cheese. Both times the cashier confirms no cream cheese yet when we get home and go to eat our sandwiches they have cream cheese. There are issues between the order taker and the sandwich makers at the WC Treat blvd location and is really sad because we love the bagels and lox, just not the cream cheese :( wasted our time and money again.Vegetarian options: Just okay. The cashier and kitchen don't have any idea how to coordinate or communicate simple modifications here. Have messed up out order multiple times.Dietary restrictions: We can't eat cream cheese and have asked them to hold it on our lox sandwich order. They confirm when we pay and ignore us when we get home to unwrap and eat :(

Bagel was good but the service was a bit frustrating. Employee that was wearing red soccer jersey this morning was not helpful and seemed annoyed that I called a bagel the wrong name, but more than half the bagels are mislabeled. Half the employees during the rush had air pods in including the guy taking my order so no wonder he couldn’t hear me and than got rude as he kept making me repeat my order.

As an East Coaster a good bagel is hard to find in Cali. You will not find it here but it will be ok. However my bagel today was amazing. First time in 3 years I got a bagel with a healthy portion of bacon. And by healthy I mean unhealthy. Keep making them like that and I’ll be back around more often!

This location is terrible. Most employees have earbuds in and are paying little attention to the customers that need to be helped, the few that are not are wandering around aimlessly, or wiping their nose off with their hands. One man, who appears to be the manager, is (consistently) sweating so much that the hair on the back of his neck is soaked, yet he still does not take his hoodie off.

The staf needs to learn how to read. I asked very clearly to have a little amount of cream cheese ( easy). They still glopped the full load on my sandwich. I didn't have time to have another 1 made. Extremely pissed about this. I was really looking forward to my breakfast sandwich ???

The good: they do lox bagelsThe bad: they got my name wrong and they don't give receipts by default, so I wouldn't have been able to detect it if I hadn't special requested my receipt. Also, they don't have fountain drinks.
