Ordered a couple of bagel sandwiches. Got one instead. The person who called my order took it upon himself to immediately making the second sandwich. I went to the line to pay. He called my name again and handed me the second sandwich. On the house. Beautiful, unexpected smiling service. Gotta luv it!

Nothing wrong with the food. Service is pretty good. I'm giving 1 star because I didn't receive points on the app for My purchase. I loaded the app and paid with the app. It's also not the first time this has happened. I sent 2 emails through the app. I got no response. I went to the store and Manager on duty said that there's nothing they could do. Super annoying so 1 star till someone does something about it.

We ordered two bagel sandwiches and one unadorned bagel to take home. The people behind the counter forgot the single bagel and managed to bungle both of our bagel sandwiches. Someone needs to quality check the order before it goes to the customer. I had to go back and forth to the counter multiple times. There are many other places to go for bagels.

We purchased 12 bagels that were semi hard. We've noticed that the bagels from only this location are usually stale. Mt. Diablo Blvd Walnut Creek. The other location we go to is in the Countrywood shopping center and they are always fresh. They took the bagels back and we got 12 more that were a little bit better.

Expect to wait 40 minutes for your food. Basic easy idea- if you are severely backed up tell your customers it’s a 40 minute wait and let them decide if they are willing to wait

The people were very rude. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese this morning. When I got my bagel there wasn't any cream cheese on it.
App and service is terrible. I called the location because I wanted to confirm that my order went through but after calling the place 3x with no luck, someone finally answered the 4th try. However, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes! I finally decided to just hang up-It's not okay to put a customer on hold for that long. Got to the store and of course the order didn't go through. My first order here we got the avocado toast. Was so disappointed because the avocado was clearly not ripe. Not sure if whoever made it just doesn't know what a ripe avocado looks like. I feel like management needs to step in and do some training. This place could be great but it's not right now.

Customer service here is trash. Walked in with my kids and all three members of staff ignored us even as we walked up to the front to order. On top of the, the two guys behind the bar were touching each other with their gloves on while one was prepping a bagel. Gross.

One of the employees. Specifically the “teenagers” were not serving the customers well some were watching the movie “the Lorax” instead of serving us customers. We aren’t asking for much but we deserve better treatment. Highly disappointed in their employees and extremely sad. Some even ask for higher tips and complain when not received! It’s astonishing how many employees slack off in one day. Horrible just Horrible. SCREW YOU NOAHS BAGELS!
