Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

I work in the plaza and I love coming here to grab the grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. Every time I get it my coworkers say it smells amazing and now I have them hooked!! If you ever stop by the plaza to shop make sure to stop by the E-bar and grab a grilled cheese sandwich.

It's different there as you order when you walk up, pay, and seat yourself. The waiter then comes to you and picks up your order. It works very efficiently. Leo, our waiter, was great! We wanted more items, and Leo took care of all of it. The inside seating is very nice, and the outside seating has nice views of the city, surrounding hills, and Mt. Diablo.

Parking: Plenty of parking in a huge garage. Free for 3 hours. Mark your spot, either technically or mentally, is a large complex!

This place makes excellent drinks, however, management has an issue retaining good employees due to several HR issues. It's a blemish on what is otherwise a friendly team.

Mocha is too sweet and not hot enough, I taste cold in the bottom, the price is higher than Peets or Starbucks, no impressions about service

Jessica is the best barista at Nordstrom Ebar & is the only reason I ever go. If I am passing by and see her no matter what day I will stop in for a cup of coffee. If you want a coffee done right, I highly recommend you have Jessica make you one today!

The older lady bamboozled my order by offering me a salad by saying that I would get 20% off in the store the whole month of February. She kept reiterating the 20% off the whole store but once I said how will the people know I get 20% off in the store she changed her wording to JUST include the E-bar. I left with the salad because I just felt super uncomfortable with the whole situation. Meanwhile the taller lady heard the sales pitch and did nothing to correct her co-worker.

I’ve been here multiple times and all the other employees are friendly,and helpful but not Jessica she is very rude and short tempered. She should not work in customer service at all

Good place to stop in for a drink.Don't change your mind about what you want to get. I think the lady gave me dirty look. She wasn't too friendly.

They have top-notch bagels with cream cheese here and ice storms (Frappuccinos) that taste very good!

they lack experience how to deal with customer, I was about to buy croissant, one of their worker told me its sold out even there was some in the display !!

Really great place to get a drink while shopping in broadway plaza. The staff are very nice and attentive, gladly handing out glasses of water on a 98 degree day in Walnut Creek. Go to drink is the blood orange spritzer. It’s life changing, so refreshing and tasty on a sunny day!

The staff that helped me at the front was great, and the tea was awesome!
