I am deeply disappointed with the service that I received today in Walnut Creek. Not only was the cashier staring at me in an odd manner, they also didn't provide us any utensils. She said it was because they don't provide them anymore, but I have a hard time believing that because I have received utensils from a nothing bundt cakes store in the past and that even small hole in the wall bakeries/restaurants can provide utensils for their customers upon request, so I cant help but feel I was discriminated against in some way . If it's really true that they don't provide utensils anymore because of budget cuts, perhaps Nothing Bundt Cakes needs to review their spending habits and their business habits.

We ordered (4) dozen custom-assorted bundtinis for my son's birthday party online. In the craziness of preparing for the party, I set the pickup time as the day and time of the party, when I meant to set it for the afternoon of the day before. I arrived at the store to pick up the order when I thought I had set the pickup time for, only to realize my mistake when they couldn't find the order. I was frantic, because my party was the next day, before they would open. The staff was pleasant and generous. They offered to quickly make my order, if I wouldn't mind waiting 15 minutes. I happily accepted, and they saved the day! The bundtinis got rave reviews at our party.

Got lemon and red velvet as a gift. We've never been to the store but these are good. My son says they are the best thing in the world. I would recommend keeping them out of the fridge for about 5 min before serving. That's when they really shine.

I received an awful explanation. Service is real stale and dry. Won’t return to this location. Compensation was coupons for free bundlet. Yeah!!!! How great lol

I only remembered at 5:30p that I need two dozen cupcakes for my kid's class celebration the next day, called them, and they were able to wait for me to pick up before they close at 6pm. I really appreciate that. And what's better? These are definitely a big hit, they LOVE how sweet and moist the cupcakes are. Thank you!

I picked up 3 dozen Buntinis today for my upcoming Christmas dinner. Walnut Creek downtown had very little parking available due to the upcoming holiday. I had to park in the multi story lot across Main Street on the third floor.The three boxes of decorated Buntinis were quite tall and I was unable to carry them to my car in one trip. The kind woman who waited on me helped me carry the boxes all the way to my car! I couldn’t believe the exceptional help. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, it may have been Nancy (she is having tamales for Christmas).Of course , when I arrived home, I ate a sample Buntini and it was moist and delicious as always!

Went into the WC location at 4:45 today and wanted to make my own assortment of buntini’s—- no, we can’t do that it’s too close to closing? They close at 6! Really? Just lost my sale.It wasn’t like they ran out of flavors, just NO! I love the cakes, but not the service and such arrogance. So disappointed ?
