First of all this company does make some tasty cakes. But we had a problem this time. I ordered a cake ahead of time for a birthday. When I arrived they didn’t have the cake ready at all. I received an awful explanation. Service is real stale and dry. Won’t return to this location. Compensation was coupons for free bundlet. Yeah!!!! How great lol

I ordered online last night for pickup this morning. My order was ready, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Everyone loved the Bundtinis!
Wanted to switch up the dessert a lil bit this year as my mom was feeling something different . Shout to this dessert place as we ordered 2cakes for Thanksgiving . Hit with the kids as well as the adults at our party . We went to the store and the lady helping us was kind enough to let us try a few as it was our 1st time in the store . Will be back to try others

I love this place. Every creation is made with love. Hand-made moist and yummy down to the last crumb. Placing your order online for pick up is fast and easy. The only drawback is parking because the lot fills up the fast. Customer service is done with a smile.Parking: Free parking but spaces fill up fast

I ordered the mini buntinis. I ordered specific flavors and received a ready made box with totally different flavored bundlinis. Have them open these ready made bundtinis and make sure it's what you ordered.

I wouldn't bother with 8inch bundt but the 10inch is $40 u can taste cake...8inch with icing is too much icing...plus covers up bad bundts....they used to be really good but not so much.....ALSO look at cake b4 leaving and they always get attitude when they need to make changes they should hav done...so no get home cake surprises.....
I came here the day of, later in the day to get a cake with no pre ordering / reservations and got a beautiful cake. Cassandra was nice and fast. I asked for a basketball birthday cake and she made it look so nice and presentable. They are fast and quick with orders. I love the gift / cards they have in the front

I've enjoyed bundt cakes at many events from this place and they never disappoint! Always super light and soft with a delicious cream cheese frosting. I tend to lean towards the citrusy flavors because of the very very slight sourness that balances out the sweet since the cakes can get overwhelmingly sweet. I also love how they give out a free bundlet for your birthday. I chose the lemon raspberry and it has to be one of my favorite flavors along with confetti. The staff is always super nice and service is quick.

I placed a custom order for a work function. There was an issue with how my order was handled, and I reached out to the manager. I was very impressed with the manager's very quick response and steps to address the issue. Overall a quality product, with great taste! Would love the option to swap out cream cheese, but alas.
