Absolutely horrid service. We ordered wine and beer which came out right away. Then we ordered two appetizers. One came out fairly quickly. Then things started to go downhill. We were celebrating an anniversary and had a party of four. Three of the plates were served next. The fourth person plate did not come out. We asked at least two times for an update. So three of us were almost finished with our dinner by the time the second appetizers came out. We sent it back. Finally the fourth plate a Teriyaki Beef was served as the other three people finished their dinner. No apology whatsoever. No offer to comp the dinner. So absolutely rude. We will never go again. As a side note the pork in one of the dishes was very tough and miso soup served lukewarm.

Although it stated as Japanese restaurant it's actually is a Thai restaurant serving many different kind of Thai food. One particular entree that I would not order again was a Lamb rack dish cooked with curry. The lamb meats had no taste with little meat. It was disappointing. But my other orders were quite good. I liked their salmon eggroll dipped with Thai sweet sauce.

I've been there for lunch twice and had Thai and sushi. It is a casual atmosphere, the menu is too large (multiple menus), the food was good both times but nothing to write home about.

Restaurant decor is a little crowded and eclectic - I like it, but I'm not sure it's everyone's favorite. The food is great here. Most of their rolls contain shrimp or crab. If you are allergic like me, look at the menu carefully as there aren't too many options. But all the ones I've hd have been good.Service for takeaway is excellent. If you're planning to eat in the restaurant, it might be hard to get the server's attention because they're often SO BUSY. (If you are on a time crunch, try telling them at the beginning and see if that improves things a bit. They aim to please and will want you to have a good experience.)Parking: Parking in this plaza is a b*tch though. So many businesses and not enough spots. There is more parking closer to Safeway.

I popped into Oishi randomly because I wanted a quick bite. It was mid-afternoon on a weekday, so not a lot of people in the restaurant. The service was fine, and the two items I ordered took about 20 minutes to come to the table. It was worth the wait, though. Everything was really good. I will be back again to try more items on the menu!

My friends and I stumbled on Oishi after a hike, we were craving sushi and pad Thai. This place hit the spot! Such a fun atmosphere, it really felt like you stepped into Thailand. The staff was really friendly and warm. The sushi was so, so fresh and the soup and noodles were delicious. The pricing was really reasonable too. I have been telling everyone about this awesome spot and can't wait to come back!

Eat there, when ordering sushi makes sense to not take out. Great service, nice clean atmosphere. Excellent quality food . My go to for sushi

I enjoyed my shrimp tempura and vegetables tempura - except the red pepper! I very much do not like bell peppers, so I was very unhappy to bite into this! ?

Love being able to choose between Thai and Japanese food at same restaurant. Have had both and enjoyed authentic food. Only complaint is no Uni.

I ordered a couple of sushi rolls Togo online and came in for pick up. The place is absolutely gorgeous! It's so cute! The decor really makes you immerses you into the experience. If I had more time, I would have loved to stay to try out this place in person. I ordered the deep fried California roll, a tempura roll and miso soup which all could not have been any better! They were so fresh and tasty, perfection! The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the service. The server was very rude, just really dismissive. I am a person who immediately upon entering likes to say hello, how are you? I hope your day is going well and I just received literally no response. It's the weirdest thing. To pick up on such bad service when only doing a pick up order is crazy to me. It made me happy that I wasn't staying there long. But man, those rolls were good!

For being 1 of 3 tables that were being served, the service was horrible. The chef was extremely slow, but the wait staff was just as slow, taking 10 minutes even to take my drink order. I will definitely not be back!
