My husband and I typically order via DoorDash, but decided to go into the store since we were Downtown. It was nice to see the order process in-store since we're so used to placing our orders online. I love that you can see all the ingredients right in front of you as you're ordering. We got a bowl to share and ordered their new firecracker poke nachos to take home with us. (These were literal fiiiire, the hot cheetos topping was *chef's kiss*) Everything is always so fresh and the service we received was awesome. Their poke is the best we've had in the Bay! Consider us lifers!

Just wanted to clarify that I have been to this restaurant quite a few times and had an okay/similar experience but it was never as bad as this. I ordered a poke bowl with NO wasabi. I took one bite out of the bowl and I realize that I ate a whole chunk of wasabi somehow. I noticed while eating that there were other things in the bowl I didnt order as well- like crab or sesame seeds- which was extremely unsettling The rice was extremely soggy and tasted like it had been sitting out all day in the sun. The fish did not feel refreshing like how it normally tastes- it tasted hot, mushy, and sour. Overall I was highly dissatisfied with my food. the only reason why I gave it two stars was because the customer service was good .

I came on national burrito day (4/5) after receiving a text that poke burritos would be BOGO FREE. Usually when they do promotions it's in-store only, but I was surprised to see it can be redeemed online too- I tried to place an order around 6pm and they weren't accepting orders; I assumed they didn't prepare for the huge crowd so I decided to just order in store and the line ran out the door! I waited in the line and when I finally got to order, the staff were so patient and calm despite the hectic situation! I want to applaud Oke Poke and how well they train their staff. I personally have worked at countless customer service jobs, and it wasn't until then did I experience outstanding and perfect customer service!! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Has this for the first time yesterday. We got the veggie burrito and let me tell you it was like all the best parts of a poke bowl all rolled up (minus fish). It was filling, flavorful and messy....but fun messy. Definitely a unique concept and something I enjoyed. The line was long and the wait was long but I was happy with the end result. The seaweed salad inside of the burrito was good and added a sweet and tangy punch to it.

Don't even bother going to this place. Would rather book a flight to Maui for my poke bowl before going back ever again. I think my family and I have been more than patient with this place over the years, coming back because the food itself is actually decent and there aren't many poke options in the area. We have ordered from here several times typically preordering online expecting our orders to be ready on time. Most of the time they are late. Most recently it was clear they operate by prioritizing the orders of people in store, usually forgetting to check for orders placed online. You have to go up and remind them that you still exist. The terrible operations and customer service far outweigh whatever "goodness" comes from the actual food itself. The last and final time we went here, we waited over an hour and the team blamed it on a promotion that was running. That's not an excuse - sorry! This place is NOT WORTH IT - don't bother giving your business to this utterly incompetent operation. ---- Response to owner: Nate, our order was placed at 11:20am with a pick up time of 12pm. Got there early around 11:30am, waited at the restaurant until past 12:20pm and left without our food as we couldn't wait any longer. Customers ordering in-store at 12pm were getting their orders before we did so I don't buy that you prioritize orders based on the time they were placed. Even your assistant manager said that they were serving some in-person orders sooner than the online ones so save the BS. Was also told your online systems don't always notify the team there properly or sometimes at all - maybe don't get so defensive and actually look into this as a business owner...lol Today aside, every online order we have placed has never been ready by the pick up time and today amplified the gaps in your operation. What's the point of an online ordering system if you never have the food ready by the time you commit to? There is clearly a flaw in your execution and this overshadows whatever excellent customer service you seem to think you provide. Waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for a PRE-ORDER and getting served after people that ordered after you is THE definition of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Again no need to get defensive, take the constructive feedback as a gift and improve. Good luck. ---- Honestly just take the feedback and get over it...not here to coddle your feelings. BTW I still haven't received the refund that your asst. manager said would be granted after the horrible experience.
