Nice friendly employees who served us food and didn’t take too long to make the food. Gave lots of refills for water. Sushi was pretty good but the portion of chicken teriyaki was a little bit small.

Lovely restaurant. Never many people in there when we’ve gone but we prefer that. The miso soup was tasty but more cold than hot. Everything else was delicious. We’ll be back. Beautiful presentation of sushi as well!

It was the worse experience ever. We came for the first time and were hoping to try some rolls. After getting disappointed with rolls I’ve ordered Salmon teriyaki it was so dry and overcooked. Raw salmon and tuna was too frozen, we asked for any recommendations and were told that everything is fresh. So, owners of this place take a moment and consider the quality of the food you offer to people.

DELICIOUS food! Our server was so friendly and accommodating, and had us do sake bombs. It is a cozy and comfortable spot with amazing and fresh rolls. Very polite and didn’t feel rushed. Definitely coming back.

Honestly food was okay server was acting as if she’s irritated to serve me for no reason at all when I was polite then the chef/ owner was actually nice and respectful up till I finished the sushi and wanted a to go plate and it took over ten minutes for them to come see if I needed one? But when I asked he acted as if he’s too busy to do that for me owner seemed to make everything while server was just seemingly annoyed with being there despite food just being slightly above average

Service is so bad. We had to grab the menu since we were waiting for it to be served. We had to look for someone to order, it was just 2 of us in the restaurant. When the bill was served we had to wait again so I stood up to pay at the counter.Food is a hit and miss! For the roll, the rice texture felt hard. It felt like I was eating something pulled out of the freezer.The Hamachi was good but the sauce was disappointing.It was not a peaceful atmosphere hearing the loud conversation of their staff at the sushi bar.

This is my favorite sushi spot in Walnut Creek. The fish quality is good and I really like the rolls, specifically the golden bear, jalapeño jumper, and dynamite. The baked mussels are one of my favorite items here. The prices are fair and the food is offered for delivery on DoorDash which is very convenient for take out. Definitely give this place a try if you want some sushi in Walnut Creek.
