Service is so bad. We had to grab the menu since we were waiting for it to be served. We had to look for someone to order, it was just 2 of us in the restaurant. When the bill was served we had to wait again so I stood up to pay at the counter.Food is a hit and miss! For the roll, the rice texture felt hard. It felt like I was eating something pulled out of the freezer.The Hamachi was good but the sauce was disappointing.It was not a peaceful atmosphere hearing the loud conversation of their staff at the sushi bar.

I tried calling but unfortunately theres no voicemail as a curtesy to inform you guys that I definitely got food poisoning. Please inform staff to check expiration dates and cleanliness. I hate doing this but i tried to contact you guys and no response. I cant care for my kids because of my illness. I will no longer return here and I hope management does something so nobody else gets sick or worse.

This is my favorite sushi spot in Walnut Creek. The fish quality is good and I really like the rolls, specifically the golden bear, jalapeño jumper, and dynamite. The baked mussels are one of my favorite items here. The prices are fair and the food is offered for delivery on DoorDash which is very convenient for take out. Definitely give this place a try if you want some sushi in Walnut Creek.
