Panera is close to me and I like their sandwiches, but this is the 2nd day in a row that I have driven through the pick up window to order where it took a very long time. Then I leave with my order to find, for 2nd day in a row, that there were no chips in the bag and no napkins. What the heck? If it happened once, fine, but 2 days in a row? So, I tried to call the location Walnut Creek Bancroft today (twice) to tell them about it and the phone rings and rings and then hangs up. And, this isn't between their busy hours.

Autumn squash soup was very watery - and not the usual consistency. I’ve eaten it for years and I know what the normal consistency of this soup should be like. But what I was served today was completely watered down.
Not sure if this is normal but I do think stores need to figure out how to keep the thickness of their soups consistent.

I ordered my food with no cheese and when received. There was cheese. It could have been worse if I did check and ate it Returned it and the person who prepared did seem to care until I talked to the manager to give me another one

The food is great, but not worth the wait. Sad and outdated atmosphere inside. Not sure what the strategy or moteif they are going for, but yellow and green with floral stuff reminds me of late 80s, early 90s kitchen decor. 20 minutes for soup. They weren't making it. It was being scooped out of a tin and put in to go containers- 20 minutes.. but the clock wasn't ticking on my order, or the 3 people in front of me. Ya see, the mgr at this location makes it look like the order to serve ration is low because they just won't take your order until they are ready. Both people in front of me had simple 1 items orders, as did I. But 20 minutes?! I have to unfortunately be done with this place. It upsetting every time I go. They could do better, but they won't. And no, they weren't packed inside. There were only 3 patrons inside.

Never get orders correct at drive through window. My husband ordered a bowl of chicken/rice soup. Received a cup of soup instead. (And, after 2 pm, they seem to run out of bread to offer with your soup. This is the 4th time for us. Who wants to eat potato chips with your soup?) I ordered a Caesar salad...salad wasn't even close to a Caesar. Plain lettuce, unseasoned bland croutons, 5 pieces of shaved parmesan. 2 mini containers 1/2 filled w dressing...certainly wasn't Caesar dressing. I had to add ingredients when we returned home to make it taste like "something". What has happened to this Panera?

I came here yesterday evening and MICHELLE made my evening!! I’m so glad she put the receipt in bag!! Because I was so impacted by her wonderful attitude I was wondering her name!! I was having a bad evening I needed that she was so patient so thoughtful and just happy to serve!!
I became a sip club member for a hot coffee. Whenever i am here for a hot coffee they don’t have it, they don’t refill the coffee buckets or it is usually so cold.
