Parties of one on laptops take up the booths all afternoon. There’s a reason Starbucks won’t allow this behavior anymore. The portion was not consistent with my last visit. Quality control needed. A mountain of dishes were piled up near the recycling with several employees walking by multiple times without notice.

Has been our go to place for bagels forever, we now go to New York bagel or drive to Danville for Bagel Street. Latest Panera changes are awful. I, for one hope the changes are an epic failure prompting a return to the old recipe.

Love the comfort of this place and the proximity to my gym, but the argumentative, untrained and completely clueless staff are dragging down the vibe. Not at all like its glory days. The food is not properly prepared and inconsistent. Breads and cookies are stale. Bathrooms are filthy. No supervision of immature employees. Staff fraternize with each other too much and are distracted by each other’s screaming, yelling and dramatized personal issues. Lounging on their off time without their shoes on in the dining room.
So you are telling me, that I paid $30 for (2) half soup and half salad and this is how much salad I get? The lady at the drive through told me they ran out of romaine lettuce which is fine but to only get half of a half salad? IN EACH ORDER!

Panera is close to me and I like their sandwiches, but this is the 2nd day in a row that I have driven through the pick up window to order where it took a very long time. Then I leave with my order to find, for 2nd day in a row, that there were no chips in the bag and no napkins. What the heck? If it happened once, fine, but 2 days in a row? So, I tried to call the location Walnut Creek Bancroft today (twice) to tell them about it and the phone rings and rings and then hangs up. And, this isn't between their busy hours.

Autumn squash soup was very watery - and not the usual consistency. I’ve eaten it for years and I know what the normal consistency of this soup should be like. But what I was served today was completely watered down.
Not sure if this is normal but I do think stores need to figure out how to keep the thickness of their soups consistent.
