First of all I’ve been here a few times but this is probably my last. How do you always run out of ingredients? Out of romaine lettuce? Last time it was tomatoes. Next time it’ll be the bread! ? There’s literally a Safeway next door! How do you make any money if you’re always out of everything?? How do you stay in business?

Wow .its amazing to see all the current bad reviews..The owner Greg Flynn is in Newsomes back pocket. Doesn't want to pay min wage to his employees. Will not be going to this establishment anymore.

I visit twice a week for lunch. There are lots of good healthy choices for sandwiches and soup. The iced tea is great. Shout out to Sharon yelling out your name from the kitchen she's great. I like the autumn Squash Soup and half a sandwich (you pick two). The salads are great and everything can be customized on the app or at the order kiosks or counter. The cookies are a great treat with several choices.

Had to wait 37 minutes for our food in between the morning and lunch rushes. Chicken sandwich was cold place was slightly dirty in between rushes. Workers did not seem organized at all. It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location. I did not realize how downhill it’s gone.
This place keeps the family happy ! Great staff and healthy options ! Cinnamon crunch bagel is the best !

I went here hesitantly based on reviews and definitely saw and agree with other negative reviews. It was so dirty and trashy I wouldn't come back until that was addressed. Drink dispenser was so gross, spilled fluids all over it, sticky, nasty. Over flowing garbages, several empty tables that hadn't been bussed/cleaned, floors in need of cleaning and trash picked up. Do better Panera Bread!

I will never go back to this Panera. It took 10 minutes before we could order(we were next in line), it took 22 minutes for our food. I got a pick 2, soup and sandwich. My tuna sandwich has about maybe 1/8 cup of tuna. Just a thin layer and not even covering the bread. I got chicken noodle soup bowl. It was not filled, and there were about 6 noodles, MAYBE 5 or six little specs of chicken. All of this cost me almost $14 with my drink. There were kids all running around (looks like from a soccer team)and apparently this was fine with the parents. They almost knocked into others trying to carry their food to their table.Also the cooks/cook lines employees were yelling to each other so all could hear. So, slow, bad service, and inadequate food along with parents not controlling their children.
