We made an online order of roughly $200 - 7 pizzas, bread sticks, wings etc. for my sons birthday party directly through their website (not Uber Eats, Door Dash etc.), the day before the party; we scheduled the delivery for 11:30am. By 12pm, the food still had not arrived and we called for an update. Around 20 minutes later, a driver not affiliated with Papa John's arrived. Upon receiving our order, we realized only half of it was included. The driver let us know that the Papa John's manager offered him $15 to drop off the food and he doesn't really know anything about our order. We called the store and explained that our food was not only almost an hour late, but only half of the order was delivered. At this point, we have about 20 starving 4-year olds and their parents waiting for food! The staff told us the receipt must have cut off half way through printing and since they made what they saw on the receipt, it wasn't their problem that half the order was missing and they would not finish the order. Worst customer service ever! Do not online order from this place! We called corporate and filed a formal complaint as well as got a full refund on the order, but it didn't solve the problem of not having enough food for our birthday party.
