I always like Peet’s but have never written a review until now. I came into the shop to order drinks for myself and my friends, 5 drinks total. I also had my 3 month old infant with me and was trying to figure out the logistics of getting my baby and order back in my car. The atmosphere was great, everything was clean, and your staff were all friendly and professional.
But your barista, Char, went above and beyond, was conscientious and kind when Char took my order, asked if I was taking my order to my car, placed the drinks in carriers for me, and helped me to my car without me asking. She was so kind and helpful and helped me far beyond what she needed to or that I had the courage to ask. She is a gem and I’ll be telling others about this specific Peets location because of her kindness and thoughtfulness.

My daughter is the one who loves Peets. She orders it for delivery every time she's home. Personally, I think spending that much money for coffee is just ridiculous. The ratings above are based on what my daughter thinks, not me.

There were 3 people ahead of me and it took 20 minutes before my order was taken.5 years ago...Locust Street location has very long waits in the mornings! You could drive to the Encina location and get that beverage faster if you're headed in that direction?Peet's needs more staff at their locations and more locations!
