I love Peet's Coffee and I especially enjoy going to this location! Every sip of their meticulously crafted coffee is a delightful experience. Everyone is so incredibly kind and welcoming! I'm a regular and what keeps me going back is not only their exceptional quality and rich, robust flavors, but all of the incredible people who work here. I've especially had wonderful encounters with Karen, Emilia, Kelli and Hannah! I'm sure I'm missing a few names but the ones I named, continue to go above and beyond to make each visit a pleasant one.

Employees are very rude. Granted we came an hour before closing and you could tell they just wanted to leave which I get but they are supposed to be open till a certain time and shouldn't be annoyed if people come in close to closing time. They are super unfriendly, dragging chairs along the floor, talking/screeching very loudly to each other. I love Peets lattes, even more than Starbucks but Starbucks employees are so much friendlier.

Rude Rude Rude !! Felt rushed and not warm welcome at all i live in sacramento and never been to peet's before but i needed coffee and it was right in the vicinity i was in . the guy at the register was name shazam r something i dont know he was bald however as soon as i got in i made a comment while looking at the food " i'm soo hungry " you would think he would have said hi or made a suggestion but no nothing !! i was looking at me ur whole another patron walked in that they knew i felt the need to let her go ahead of me then i tried to order a ice coffe with a splash of heavy cream and sugar free vanilla and whip i said tall not knowing how they do sizing there and was rudely asked "soooo s,m,l " i was like oh i'm sorry i dont know how you guys size i've never been here ! you would think now his second opportunity to be nice r helpfull but nope !!! made me want to walk out ! i expressed my feelings and not even a utter of i'm sorry mam or not my intention mam !! but no f this place fite his rude ass!!

Everyone working here was friendly, service was quick and the drinks were hot (expect for my iced tea, that was cold. If my iced tea was hot I would probably be leaving a very different review).

The store is really clean. The coffee is the best and the baked goods fresh! They're amply staffed for the number of customers, but they somehow missed my husband's drink. Perhaps if they weren't busy trying to police the "equity" in the waiting line and trust that to customers, that wouldn't have happened! I love Peet's and go to them all the time. I come to this one every few weeks and they never ever get my order correct. I have started making sure I speak extremely slowly and clearly and have them repeat it back, and yet they still don't either make the right food or mess up my drink. For example just today. I ordered two plant based flatbreads. She repeated it correctly back to me, and yet I got two plant based breakfast sandwiches. She rolled her eyes when I said I ordered the flatbread. She said she only listened to "plant based".It's just so frustrating.
Great drinks and great service. The sitting is even very nice with some outdoor seating as well. I came to do some work and was able to find a couple tables with plugs to charge my laptop. I tried taking some calls, and the place is extremely noisy. I wouldn’t come back if I had calls again.

Please dont listen to these "local guide" reviews where they just say nice things and upload nice pics in order to maintain their statues online and get free stuff offered to them. The reality is that this is a horrible branch with very unprofessional and dishonest employees.EX: ordered a citrus iced tea with Jelly.... upon picking it up, the larger straw was not provided when on the label says it comes with them. After getting one, notice jelly was never added to my drink. When I told the manage (white lady with glasses) never said a single apologies, instead they replaced it with a smaller size cup and told me my drink was ready with a poker face. One would expect more when they order a 7$ drink from them, which is one of the most expensive ones!Horrible when it comes to treating their customer, yet have these local guide reviewers feed people the false positive reviews.** maybe my experience could have been different if I was white like the majority of customers of this branch and Walnut creek in general.

Asian guy, bad customer service. At 7:55 pm wouldn't sell a cup of coffee to a foreigner and asked him out of the store, saying that shop is closed. Very rude and unhuman.
