I live in Rossmoor which is a short distance from this restaurant and they used to be the only ones that would deliver here. At first, I thought the pizza was pretty good, but then they sold to new owners and it went way downhill. It got to the point where they couldn't keep enough employees to even make deliveries in the evening so I gave up because the pizza just wasn't very good anymore anyway. However, today I decided to give them another try because I saw on their website that they had gone back to original ownership which made me think everything will have improved. I ordered my pizza fairly early in the afternoon so I can't say whether they are still having problems with evening deliveries. However, the pizza was so lightweight when she handed it to me I felt like it was probably missing half of the ingredients. It did have everything on it that I ordered, but the quantities were laughable. This will be the last time I order from them

Pizza was great tasting. There were no slices so we waited for a fresh pie. Service was pretty bad. Looks like a bunch of kids run it and it shows. Weren’t too helpful and took a really long time.

I NEVER write reviews but the customer service is absolutely terrible! The worker yelled at a 90 yr old patron for having the wrong coupon and called her cheap. I was just sitting there as an observer but the person in charge then asked me out of the blue if I agreed with him, I informed him he was being rude to the elderly. He then yelled at me, flipped me off and told me to never come back. Sure thing bud ?

Pizza was very average. Service was fast bit we were treated poorly. I left with my overpriced pizza and the feeling he felt he was doing us a favor. Never again.

I tried the calzone. It was excellent. My favorite part is the dough. The owner is very kind. He let me test the frozen cheesecake squares, delicious! Must try. It's a small place but perfect to talk and enjoy your friends.

We just stopped in for 3 slices to go. And it looks like they baked the pies first thing this morning and just left them under a heating lamp all day. Pretty dry and sad.

A few years ago , I had their pizza and it was alright. And each time since it has gotten worse. On 6/26/22 it was the last straw. Topings we preferred were wrong, the crust was so soggy it was sopping/stuck to the bottom of the cardboard. And if that wasn't enough a hair , a really really long hair (in case the owner cares). I accept errors , but not this. I think the owner or workers don't give a crap, are stoned, have no pride in the product. I'm not sure. I think it's time for the owner to make real changes if they want to survive. We were told the owner was made aware of this blunder but we didn't get any response, 4 days later.

Food Poisoning! After seeing the recent remodel and change of ownership we decided to give Pizza Oliva another chance after staying away for years. Unfortunately, the food was still reminiscent of a bad Dominos order but for triple the price. To put the cherry on top we are now sick in bed with food poisoning the next day. With many other pizza options around, we will make sure to stay away.

The pizza is really good here. I ordered through DoorDash. The chicken pizza everyone talks about is bomb. I also ordered a cheese for my kid and she liked it too. My only complaint is that I ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers and they literally forgot to cook them. It's as if they put them out to defrost and sent them to me. They were disgusting.

We ordered the margarita with added olives. It was so good. I loved the fresh basil! We like a simple pizza without a huge garlic taste. This pizza had a lot of flavor…. Phenomenal!!

It's all about the pizza crust for me and this place has a perfect one! Love the ambiance and decor too ? they have beer and wine, outdoor seating in a sweet garden setting, and TV for y'all game watchers. Hit it up!
