We keep trying this place hoping that it would be better than it is. We recently ordered take out and it was missing an item. I called and the host was kind and promised that a manager would call us back to make it right. I called again the next day and was told that a manager was not currently available and I would get a call back. Never got a call. I want this place to stick but it needs to improve.

I reflect on places I’ve eaten that have blown me away, Pizzalina is that place. With the amazing service from Javier, he made us feel like we were home. In town for 4 days, we ate there 3 days, pizza A+ and OMG, the house made short rib ravioli…I had it two days in a row. Devine! Sadly we head home to Pennsylvania tomorrow. I cannot wait to return. Cheers to you lucky people who live nearby🍷

We got the pizza of the month. it was dry and lacked of cheese. In fact, the bread was chewy too. Pulled pork had was bland and tasted more like boiled pork. We were disappointed by the food but the service was good and friendly.

We live around the corner - tell me how have we been sleeping on this place?! Incredible service. Everyone greets you with a smile, they have recommendations if you don’t know what to order, and staff seem to really enjoy each other while working at Pizzalina. Javier was managing the bar, washing dishes, taking orders, and filling our glasses with a smile. What a gem. Highly recommend having a seat at the bar and ordering whatever the specials are. Happy to have found a new spot in Walnut Creek. Don’t skip on this place! Also as a New Yorker who has been spoiled with pizza - Pizzalina is probably one of my top 3 pizzas in the east bay.

Awesome smoked mozzarella sticks and squared pizza...our new fav!!!
Ordered (takeout) a salsiccia and a funghi large pizzas. The salsiccia barely had any sausage or red onions and was a bit too blackened (burnt). The funghi had more ingredients and was ok but no wow factor. For both pies the crust was gummy. We ordered a side of brussel sprouts, which was very small and overcooked. For 100 bucks it was rather disappointing. I have eaten in at the restaurant twice before and found the servers to be poorly trained, albeit nice. With a bit more quality control and better training this place could be a real hit.

The food was great. We had an appetizer, pizza, and 2 pasta dishes. For Appetizers, wings + Caeser Salad. The Caeser sauce was so good I asked if they sold it they said yes so I got a bottle of their Caeser sauce. For the Pasta dish, we had Meatball and seafood. The meatball was soft and delicious seafood smelled a little seafoody but tasted great. Columbus pizza was spicy, the sauce was fresh and tasty, and the pizza dough was soft and tasted like great-tasting bread. When we were there there was a Bday of a teenager with 8 of his friend's little noise that's why 3 stars. Great restaurant going back.

My husband and I come here often and every single time the Detroit pizza and mozzarella sticks are AMAZING! We’ve never had bad service, the atmospheres is lively, and again it’s seriously delicious every single time. It’s our favorite place to get Detroit style pizza! We’re so shocked reading some of the negative reviews.

We were greeted immediately and friendly as soon as we walked in. Ordered cheese sticks, wedge salad and a tavern style pizza. It was the BEST!!!! I am very picky about all three items and I was very pleased. I don’t live in the area but will miss not be able to go back. I advise you give them a try if you haven’t already. 10/10.
