I love coming here when I'm craving something fresh. The original salmon is really my all time favorite and they pack enough in there for two people.

I've ended up eating here three times now and am always left feeling angry and uncomfortable with the service and atmosphere at the store. The employees have all been very rude and unfriendly. They have an attitude of the customer being an inconvenience/annoyance. I try to avoid eating here the best I can but with limited gluten-free options at the mall I end up having to eat something here out of bare necessity. I would avoid if you can.

I thought I had already posted a review for Poke Bar... guess not! But this place deserves five stars - FASHO! I just moved to the area, and had been going to another poke place in Walnut Creek (they-who-shall-not-be-named), and I thought they were good! Then I decided to explore a little and try Poke Bar -- HUGE difference! The poke here is so flavorful! I've gotta say three huge, important things about this place:1) They don't skimp on flavor 2) They don't skimp on portions3) They don't skimp on quality I have this weird thing where I LOVE crab salad and ginger, and I always ask for extra, and they ALWAYS (never fails) give me a HUGE extra scoops! I really appreciate this, because these aren't "main" toppings, but they add a little something for me, and I appreciate that Poke Bar seems to just want to make their customers happy. :) Another weird quirk of mine: I LOVE mango chunks in my poke. But, I know to not usually expect fresh, ripe, huge chunks of mango from restaurants when it's an "add-on." Well, Poke Bar definitely surprised me, because they include huge, juicy chunks of ripe mango. Not those itty bitty, hard / un-ripe, diced cubes other poke places use. Again -- quality! I want to emphasize their portions for a moment... for being of a comparable price range as other poke places, Poke Bar really gives you a bang for your buck. On days that my husband and I order a medium bowl for lunch, we usually end up eating half for lunch and the other half for dinner. OH - and they don't take up a bunch of room with "base," (i.e. rice). They serve the rice on the side and the entire poke bowl is all poke and toppings. So you're really getting your money's worth. All in all, I'm super happy I found this place. My husband and I are definitely huge fans and will continue to be repeat customers.

Their large bowl was enough for my husband and I. We Loved it and glad there was a poke place near us. Even having it customize they still manage to put ALOT in my bowl. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Ordered for delivery and this place is amazing!! Really good portions for the cost! The bowl came with the rice on the side so it wasn't soggy and the whole dish was full of the poke! Would definitely order again!

They are open during covid! Process is to fill out an order with a pen. (They have a new pen and used pen box.) Felt like the order could have just been spoken as opposed to touching the pen and clipboard and then handing it over to personnel. Anyhow, got the large bowl- cus why not didn't have poke in a while and needed to get my fix. The large bowl includes 4 proteins. Scoops are ok, not as generous as some other places common variety of toppings, like crab, seaweed salad, cucumber, ginger, etc. the kale was a nice add but they didn't have kimchi for example which I would have loved to add. I did enjoy the house sauce with miso mayo. Overall, Not the best poke in the Bay Area (can't beat the one in San Jose that flies in fresh ahi from Hawaii) but decent. Prefer a couple of other stores in the area as they offer free avocado and a few more toppings that I enjoy in my bowl. Service was friendly. You get a tea for $1 off if you order a bowl which was a nice add.

They gave me a lotttt of fish which I really appreciated but the whole bowl actually fell short because of 2 things: mediocre sauce + poorly cooked rice. The rice is the foundation! You gotta get it right of the whole dish tastes...mediocre. It looked so delicious and I was so so disappointed when I took a bite. Solid 3.5. Would be 3 but an extra 0.5 for the generous serving of fish.
Fresh and good products. Quick service. A healthy eater's dream: great and delicious food, generous portions at fair prices.

Fast, fresh, fantastic It can be hard to find good fish for an affordable price. This place has it. Ordered the Firecracker as a salad bowl. Just the right amount of spice and ingredients were all fresh. Topped it off with a bowl of miso. Great combo. Will be coming back again.

I guess the first thing to mention is that all the fish arrives frozen! The tuna is full of "gristle" and hard to eat. The portions are generous and the counter staff friendly but the main products are inferior.

I love coming here!!! Only poke place i dare to come to, I drive 30 mins just to come here! Salmon is always fresh not to mention their place is always clean and I always feel comfortable letting my daughters use the restroom since it's so clean

Came in for lunch since this is a pretty close walk from my office. The interior is modern and has cute holiday decorations and the service was quick and friendly! Most importantly the food was great. Poke is one of my favorite foods and I've tried a ton of places in the Bay Area and this place is top tier! The flavor and quality of the ingredients tasted super good, and the price was fair for the large portions. I also ordered a matcha milk tea and I appreciated how they actually blended it instead of just shaking it because I feel like the consistency was better! I will definitely be back very soon!
