My absolute favorite ramen place. My go to is the shoyu. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

It was okay. The egg in the ramen was cold in the middle and the broth had little flavor until I added chili crisp. It also took a long time for the order to be made. The pork in the tonkotsu ramen was good though.

Great ambiance, meal, and service. Salt and pepper wings cooked/fried so perfectly light I almost thought I may have been a tempura batter. Will definitely return again when on the West Coast🥳

Small, friendly, local spot. Solid ramen and great service. The chicken karaage is awesome and Asahi on tap.

The food looks good visually but it's far from actually being good. Noodles are not standard and silky ramen noodles. It's thin chinese egg noodles. Soup was flavorless and didn't seem like it was really rich creamy and thick like tonkatsu, definitely not authentic.
For $17 I'd expect hand crafted quality, but I got frozen food.
I feel sorry for the white folks who eat here thinking they're getting an authentic ramen experience when they're not.
Ordered the Hiroshi Tonkotsu Ramen for pickup. It looked great and the reviews were solid, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, it was extremely salty—so much that I ended up with a headache later that night. The noodles were so-so, meh. I didn’t even finish the broth—just had one spoonful and stopped. The egg was also bland. I’ve had ramen all over Japan and elsewhere, and this just didn’t live up to the hype. Disappointed.
No vegetarian option
A nice small quiet spot to get good ramen. It’s not the best ramen I’ve ever had, but still very good. Service was great and food came out quick. The chicken karaage was great.
Don't be misled by the stars: this place was not good at all. The broth was lacking in true pork flavor, just salty. The noodles were not toothsome, and the jammy egg had a jelly surface that indicated it had been cooked and left cut open for a long time. Probably the worst ramen of my life.

Delicious, RICH, creamy, tantanmen (pork) broth. Might go so far as to describe it as decadent.
Does NOT seat many people, so we sat at the bar. Which is not large. Be prepared to wait during regular meal hour.
Parking: Paid parking garage is free for the first hour.

My wife ramen (tantanmen) was excellent. Mine was decent, the noodles were a little tough and the broth was too strong, but was was still good.

Amazing Ramen & small family business feel. We were in town from Texas visiting family and stumbled upon this gem. The owner Hiroshi is so kind and personable. A must eat when you are in the area. We will be back for sure!

The service was very quick, and the ramen was decent. It's not the best I've tried, but it's worth stopping by if you're in the area. Parking could be difficult. I'd come back to try their different dishes!
