Love it, incredible quality food and a good value considering how filling it is. The vibe in this location is nice, love the plants and big open space with lots of seating.
Definitely order ahead for pickup because Rooted has you order at the counter anyways and then it can be a long line and a long wait. Ordering ahead solves that and it's literally my only complaint about an otherwise really great place.

Had the chickpeas wrap. It was huge and really good. Could have fed 2 with it. Also had the Oh mega donut. It looks a bit odd but wow was it good!

Beautiful shop, fantastic menu that extends from waffle and egg/sausage breakfast to coffee and milk shakes. Cool atmosphere and lovely people serving.

I love this Walnut Creek location- a nice interior with plenty of seating. Service is warm and kind- and very much appreciated. Their coffee drinks, waffles and avocado toasts will always be my favorites!
My espresso was not good. Under extracted — thin and watery.I also asked politely for a small glass of sparkling water to cleanse the palate on the side, which is customary at coffee shops(especially when you pay $4 for a simple espresso), and the guy at the front told me they could not give me any. He kept trying to push me to buy a whole bottle of Topo Chico. Unbelievable. Even the small coffee shack down the road provides you some when you ask. Would not come back for espresso again, made a simple experience become terrible.Cinnamon sugar donut, however, was great. Good consistency and tasty.

I love their unique taste of the coffee, also mint latte was quite refreshing, I think mint tea is better than coffee. However, I was happy to try it. I also like their blueberry donut, it was not very sweet which I liked!I will be back for latte!!!
