An old school steakhouse, so the sides are creamed spinach and garlic mash etc. The steak is very good, prime cuts cooked to perfection and served hot. It's not cheap, but if you love good steak it's worth it.

Although the restaurant instituted a loose dress code since last I visited (they said "business casual" however really just meant no ripped jeans, caps, athletic apparel, hoodies, etc), the staff was pretty cool when I strolled in wearing flip flops.The food and service were, as usual, outstanding (can't go wrong with the stuffed chicken!) and the atmosphere was quite relaxing. Always a great experience at Ruth's Chris!

We had a reservation for a party of 4 and visited this location the night of April 17th, 2024, the service we received was horrible. Our server was Justin D, and the things that we had to deal with between him ignoring our requests, the bartender being drunk, the food and drinks taking an eternity, and so on. The excuse we were given was that he had other tables, "2" other tables to be exact. It was near the end of the night, so it was not crowded at all. We had to deal with piss poor service because he prioritized his other tables and continually voiced his grievances with his employment and coworkers with the tipsy bartender that was in earshot of our table. We placed a drink order that took over 20 minutes to arrive, requested straws for said drinks 3 times because he kept forgetting. I would understand if he had not been constantly checking on the other tables during the time we were waiting for the items we requested. He did not check on our table at all, we had to flag him down every single time. When we were finally able to place a dinner order all items were not delivered to the table until at least 30 minutes after the first few dishes arrived. We asked our server for another plate and of course that request was forgotten, so we asked the visibly tipsy bartender if he could bring a plate and he initially brought a small plate for appetizers when we asked him for a serving size plate, he visably got upset and snatched the plate out of one of our guest's hands. Justin D eventually brought back a plate that was dirty and grimy, and when we voiced our displeasure, he explained the all the plates looked like that, which they did not, he was very argumentative, and this was the worst experiences I've ever had. This experience had guaranteed I will never return to this restaurant or any of its chains.

This was my first visit to Ruth Chris, it was more than I had expected, everything was amazing, excellent portions, Ruben our server was outstanding & offered suggestions & always attentive & making sure we were not waiting for anything, Jenny our hostess made sure we had our reservations & was so friendly & beautiful smile. We can’t wait to come again for another special occasion.My birthday cake surprise from Ruben was the most delicious chocolate tasting surprise ever, it complimented my red wine, a must have again.

I give Ruth's Chris a 3 in food, because nothing was as good as it usually is. I didn't like my lamb chops and I usually love them, I didn't like my broccoli and I usually love them,, the lobster mac was horrible, and I was waiting for this dinner for my ultimate favorite, the sweet potato casserole. It was ok. I was really upset about that. My bbq shrimp wasn't good. Our bill was almost $1,000 and no one enjoyed their food like we usually do. It was my Mother's birthday dinner and her 1st time there, and she was not happy at all. It may have been an off night, so I will go back to see. However our waiter was absolutely awesome and very attentive. The bartender at the bar was clearly not in the mood at all.
