I made a run to this store while Big Bro waited for our Starbucks drinks to come out from across the way. We were running a lot of errands for the next few days, so I felt having water might be handy. And that's the only reason I was here. I found what we needed in no time and also ended up grabbing a couple of snacks. Got in line and wondered why it was going slow when there were only 2 people ahead of me with less than 3 items each. I then I got it: the customer up front was having issues with her purchase, and the cashier went out his way to help her. It was a really friendly exchange between them two. So I didn't really mind the longer wait. Customer left happy. Cashier was happy to help. I love witnessing good customer service! Good first run! Prolly last, too, because I live nowhere nearby. So glad of the experience, though!

A friend of ours had their wallet stolen from their purse at the Tice Creek Safeway. The staff was unhelpful would not review any video. But they did share 'That it happens all the time.' It's a senior citizen community and it may be the staff preying on them since it 'happens all the time.'

The store was clean and well organized but when I checked out, the cashier seemed stoned. It was a simple purchase of a gallon of distilled water and I paid in cash but her behavior was unfocused, silly and annoying. There was little doubt in my mind that she was high.

I have visited this safeway many times and our experience has been really good. They have good choice of beers, liquor, and groceries. Staff is overall good. This location is not overly crowded, and you can come in and out in decent time.

The Italian roast coffee box today was $29.99 at Sfeway, Rossmore. A few days ago, it was $19.99. When I asked the manager about the increase, he said, "Oh yeah, the prices change daily." I said it was unbelievable that the increase would be 67% on a box of coffee. Get that: the number of coffee pods was 80, and now the total is 72.Every time I shop at Safeway, Rossmore, I feel that I am being ripped off.

Good products. NON-EXISTENT STOCK !!Management is not serious about selling fresh bakery goods. I've only seen fresh bagels or rolls on Tue or Wed, possibly brought in from another store. Donuts and sweet goods are rarely seen - bizarre because they last longer!

I always go there for my lunch and the servers in the bakery are great! The cashiers I have had are wonderful when I have to pay up front. The food is always great, so many choices. It's fast and fun and always clean! Definitely will go back and recommend.

The manager, Pasha is amazing! So friendly, helpful, and competent. He is totally oriented to customer service in resolving any problems and making the customer happy. There was no analysis or questioning "who did what wrong" mentality. After visiting multiple Safeway stores to try to resolve an issue, he fixed my issue and had me out the door in no time.

Please, pleaaseee! Wash the meat department's refrigerators. As soon as you walk into the door next to that dept. It stinks. I love shopping at Safeway but, at this location, they definitely need new management.

Girllll this Safeway didn't have ANY coconut milk like wtf is this . Love the atmosphere very quiet in here honeslty i feel like I'm in a different dimension in this Safeway. Everyone and everything is in slow motion. The shelves are usually full because honestly half the people at this Safeway arnt buying anything but oatmeal . Not really their fault but I was yelled at my an old man in the parking lot of this Safeway.

Wasted my time. I went into purchase a pack of absolut berry vodkarita. They couldn't "verify" my ID, and I was forced to wait an unnecessary amount of time so they can look at my valid California drivers license and then let me be on my way. Absolutely a WASTE of time. So upset.

I went to the Rossmoor Safeway yesterday just to grab a few things. . . milk, bread, bananas. Well, at 5 pm they were out of 2% milk (all sizes) and the only milk available for a 1 quart of 1% fat. Actually, there were 2 on the shelf but the other was was already opened (WTF???). I told the cashier and they immediately went back and took it on the shelf. Still, this is one of the worst Safeways in the neighborhood. I usually go to the Alamo or Lafayette store.

The employer with glasses is always disrespecting his employees, especially the cashiers. I've noticed he spends more time being rude and disrespectful toward his employees, rather than actually working.

I am a frequent shopper at Safeway, and this is the first time I have shopped at this location and couldn't believe how the manager condescendingly talked down to the cashier on April 15th at 7:30pm. The Manager (I presumed that she is), is a Caucasian woman in her 50s with longish dirty blind wavy hair. I was stunned at how rude she was towards she employee over accepting my husband's digital Driver's for an alcohol purchase, instead of a physical ID. I felt really bad for the employee who she spoke so condescendingly and rudely towards. He just took it ... Like a good "Asian model citizen. We have never had any problems at any other Safeways nor anywhere else including at government facilities with digital copies of our Drivers, this is afterall the 21st century. We are in our 40s and had our son with us, it was clear we are not underage, even if you asked a 5 year old, it was obvious. She was rude to us also, but nothing compared to her condenscendening tune towards the Cashier. This may be hard to understand or empathize with for those who are not minority, but I believe firmly by reading the situation and the tune of her voice that had either of the party involved, i.e. the Cashier or us looked like Trump and co, the outcome would have been dramatically different. Maybe we would have ended up with another free liquor as a bonus just because... Haha I will never come back to this store again and this experience has been very upsetting. Asian hate "crimes" does not only manifest itself in physical form, but also in our daily lives. I wanted to ask her for her name, but my husband just wanted to leave the store ASAP. I should have.
