We love this restaurant, have been coming back time and time again. You should do taste panels for your server as our guy was unsure of many taste and ingredients when asked about a dish.
Sasa changed ownership less than a year ago. The food portions are very small. The value for what you pay and what your food portion is lacking a lot. In the past the place would be packed. They need to go back to giving people value. The customers like myself who have been going to Sasa for years no the difference.
Beautiful ambiance and the food was delicious! Servers very polite. Would return but with a word of caution. We sat quite a bit before server came to take drink orders. An individual in our party went to the bar and ordered for the table; it was promptly delivered. While I stated the food was delicious, the Gyoza was rubbery and perhaps the worst I have ever tasted. It was graciously taken off the bill. My sense is there was was something wrong in the kitchen; the food came out...
