We needed to eat fairly quickly as we had theater tickets. Staff and the waitress were very accommodating and we were all very appreciative. The noise level made it very difficult for the 5 us to have a conversation. The food was good and plentiful. Not over the top but met our needs.
I asked for the "Fatty" brisket and I got "DRY" brisket. The waitress disappeared so I could not say anything. Prices were very high for the portions they served. Atmosphere was good; too bad the food and service weren't.
Had a great experience. The food was great! We all had different items, my burnt ends and pulled pork was delicious. My son raved about the loaded Mac n cheese. They had enough gluten free options for my other son that he felt he had a good amount of items to select from( caveat, there is possible cross contamination issues with the fryer but my son was good). Nico was our server and he did a great job; very attentive and personable. We also spent time in the arcade and had a blast.
Our group of eight had dinner at sauced in Walnut Creek after attending the NCAA men's basketball championship in San Francisco. We were very pleased with the dinner experience. Service was great, menu gave us lots of options, and the food tasted good. Had a nice fun, sports friendly atmosphere.
Very mixed on only the food. The brisket in the sandwich was very dry even being smothered in sauce so that made the dish hard to enjoy. The fried chicken plate was fine wasn't great but not terrible. The star of the show was the Mac and cheese and the corn bread.
Service was good. It was not a very busy night so server was very attentive. Brussel Spouts as a starter was absolutely delicious!! Husband had the cheeseburger with a salad and it was good. Daughter wanted the pork belly burnt ends but they were out so she ordered the beef burnt ends which were dry and flavorless. I had the rib eye - it was ok but really lacking in flavor. Side were good. Overall not worth going back
It is clear that the management of this restaurant does not care about service having enough people to wait on their customers. We had the most horrible experience. Both orders of fried Cauliflower were so doughy could barely eat them. I told her she should take them off the menu. Management is so cheap to pay enough people to serve their customers and actually have quality food for the appetizers. It’s a complete joke.

This is my second attempt at trying to get good service here. The first night, I sit at the bar and ordered a drink to have while I look over the menu. I noticed couple of people come to sit at the bar after I had ordered my drink, they are attended to and receive their drinks. All while I wait for mine. I had been there far too long at this point and didn't have confidence the rest of my service would be good so I left after not getting my drink, a water or any food.
The second evening, I sat at the bar for 5 minutes, no service and no bartender at the bar. At this point I turned on the stop watch function on my phone, and it was another 3 minutes before someone came to ask what I'd like. I ordered a drink and all is well and good...
After eating, I waited again for the bartender to notice I was ready to close out but she was in the middle of taking with 2 other people behind the bar and a customer sitting at the bar. Service just doesn't seem to be a priority or care fort the employees.
All in all, good food but probably the worst service I've ever had. Servers aren't attentive and just seem like they'd rather chat amongst themselves than provide service.
I gave the place two opportunities to provide somewhat decent service and was disappointed each time.

Good wings for happy hour and yummy tricked out fries. Excellent service from Omar. That guy doesn't stop. If he's not making drink, he's cleaning something.

Though we were here to celebrate my mom's birthday, this is the best place to view all the football games on Sunday. The service was great, a full bar and lots of food options for everyone. They also made it special for my mom's birthday by giving us an excellent table in the corner and a fun dessert.
The service was great, seated quickly, food came quickly. The food was quite disappointing. Small portions and the brisket was really dry and chalky. Almost like it had been reheated in the microwave and it didn’t have a smoke ring like they claim it should. Mac n cheese was yummy. My husbands shrimp tacos weren’t great, and the corn bread was really dry and flavorless. I didn’t prefer any of their bbq sauces. Quite pricey for the portion sizes as well.
Dietary restrictions: My son has a dairy and gluten allergy. He could only have meat, none of the gluten free items on the sides were also dairy free but loved to see gluten free items
