Got 2 sandwiches to go they were both made incorrectly and ordered in person. Not sure how one can mess up a turkey sandwich but we will likely not return.

Sandwiches are good but app no longer allows customizations of dressings on the side. This isn't a fault with the app because some locations still have this optionality turned on. Either the franchisee doesn't want to pay for the additional functionality which would be silly if there is an additional charge or the store is lazy and doesn't want to accommodate customer requests.

Does this store even EXIST at this shopping center? If so, WHERE IN IT? And is there ANY PLACE TO PARK IN this same shopping center?

This place is ridiculously OVERPRICED and EXPENSIVE for below average in taste, quality and size sandwiches. I did an intentional value comparison recently with other comparable sandwich places in the area and not only are their almost identical food items more expensive, but they are smaller than most competitors, nothing spectacular or outstanding and their fountain drinks also cost more. When I was there… the lemonade I wanted was totally empty and needed refilling, pointing to their inattentive staff. A simple 6” sandwich, cookie and a fountain drink came to $22.64 including tax…. before tip! On what planet is that a reasonable price for a sandwich? It’s not gourmet, it’s not even huge….and it tasted….average. Do yourself a favor…. drive a little further up (or down) Ygnacio, there are an assortment of relatively new sandwiches places that offer better value, better variety, better tasting and bigger sandwiches for less. Won’t be back here.

I whipped into the Sourdough & Company for an Amazing deli sando while coming back from the Glardhaven Auditorium way out there on the top of Kickinmeyers Ridge road where we listened to Pinkus McGee lecture on the do's and don'ts of poking sharp sticks at the Bison in Yellowstone park...he even showed everyone the scars where he was gored, all 8 of them.
Man-O-Man that sandwich gro the Sourdough & Co sure was Amazing!

We've been wanting to try one of these for quite some time. Today was our day. We especially appreciate the fact that they have outdoor seating so we could take our dog with us. Having said that, the Ruben style pastrami sandwich was divine! They don't put that god-awful Russian dressing on it and you have some options, but we had it dry on the marble rye and it was just perfect! I ordered a bowl of soup for us to share. We're older and our appetites are smaller and the first time it came out it was absolutely ice cold. We have no idea how that happened because they did check the temperature on their soup and it was correct. For some reason the bowl we got was ice cold. I immediately took it in, asked them to see to it it was heated through. The next one they brought out was perfect. So I have to commend their staff there. They were very friendly. Not upset at all when I pointed out the soup was cold, had it back out to us in a reasonable amount of time and their fresh sourdough bread is almost as good as the stuff we got in San Francisco decades ago.

I love the Reuben style Pastrami on Sourdough. Next time I want to try the cracked pepper turkey, garlic pesto turkey, and the signature Mac and cheese.

Really good sandwiched with fresh sourdough bread. A little bit expensive though. Parking is a bit tough right at peak lunch time.

Barely any cheese on it, no pickle or sauce on a side that I ordered.
