My friend has a health issue that forbids her to drink any sort of coffee, I bought her a chai and they gave her a coffee. I went to the counter to get her to fix it and she insisted that it was a chai latte, didn't even look at the cup. She got defensive and annoyed when I asked further. No apology.

Ordered a pumpkin cold brew & a pumpkin spice latte (half sweetened) on a Wednesday in October around 6:30pm.
Service wasn’t there. We could tell that the ladies working did not want to be there. Not to mention that the Target employees were receiving their orders before we received ours despite us placing our orders before them.
Taste wasn’t there either. The drinks don’t taste like coffee at all. My hot latte tastes like hot water with a bad sweetener. Not an enjoyable drink at all.
Very disappointed after paying $12 for two drinks.

The cashier was so uninterested to work. She seemed so done with it. We were a group of 4 and she wanted to get to the payment after we placed the order for the first deink.
I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap and it was bad. Looked like they dont know how to make it.

I waited for 30 minutes to get my drink and I think it’s too slow and the people who were behind me already got their drinks when I was still waiting

forgot to ask her name, but I just want to thank you her for the amazing dry cappuccino she made. It’s rare that people love their job. I will be coming back to the specific location just for this coffee I had in morning.

As a resident of Walnut Creek and one who shops at Target a lot, I was shocked by the service at Starbucks Target. The woman at the register, Shannon, was yelling and screaming at me, a paying customer for asking questions. I was appalled by this interaction. I continued to see her behavior and I was shocked! All she was doing was complaining. I don’t know if she was a manager or not, but those are not qualities of a manager, nor a Target employee. She was very condescending and ruined my day.

Try to ask staff but he answer is not nice. They took my order and then try to ask me again when they make it. I wonder wha’t wrong with this? I ordered and paid venti size but he just fill 2/3 of cup, and the rest one he through to the sink . I forgot to take the picture of my cup. i feel bad. I will not order there anymore.

Employees are attentive and very professional&Because they open and close at the said time. Other in-store starbucks, like Safeway and Macys, almost always close half an hour early. Its annoying. Annoying is not good.
