I’ve never dined in at this Starbucks before but frequently do a pickup order midday & the associates remember me and are always nice. Also, super quick too!
Parking definitely sucks at this marketplace, so don’t do the same mistake as everyone else and just “temporarily” park in the middle of the road and expect your drink to be ready immediately lmao!

This is my go to Starbucks, even though I pass a couple of Starbucks on the way, this one is my preference -- fast service, great customer service and my cafe latte always taste better than the others Starbucks I have been to. They always make my drink with perfection.
It took 25 minutes to make 1 mocha. Not acceptable. It seems like in store orders come first before mobile. This is the second time it happened.

When I asked a question about how to earn Starbucks reward stars on my app and how to earn points on a purchase just made, the staff where really aggressive and unhelpful to me and just tried to get rid of me by talking in a condescending tone even though I was just confused about how your loyalty system works. Shocking the staff working here don't understand it. Even though I was trying to be loyal to Starbucks in my question, this experience made me feel like never stepping into a Starbucks ever again. Is it so hard to be kind and considerate to customers who are asking for help?
