This is my go to Starbucks, even though I pass a couple of Starbucks on the way, this one is my preference -- fast service, great customer service and my cafe latte always taste better than the others Starbucks I have been to. They always make my drink with perfection.

Staff here are so rude and unhelpful (on duty between 1040-1120 today). When I asked a question about how to earn Starbucks reward stars on my app and how to earn points on a purchase just made, the staff where really aggressive and unhelpful to me and just tried to get rid of me by talking in a condescending tone even though I was just confused about how your loyalty system works. Shocking the staff working here don't understand it. Even though I was trying to be loyal to Starbucks in my question, this experience made me feel like never stepping into a Starbucks ever again. Is it so hard to be kind and considerate to customers who are asking for help?

This is my local walnut Creek. Starbucks is location is convenient on the way to the freeway and the people are awesome.
Parking: 9 parking spots close to entrance, hundreds just a short walk from rest if parking lot.
