Oh my goodness, so much gratitude for this Starbucks! Always kind, super fast, positive and clean. I just spent 3 days at an airport for the computer wipeout in Atlanta and horrible service and it was so refreshing to come back to kindness and the BEST tasting coffee! Salina went the extra mile once again with my sticker when I said I had lost my voice. Thank you! ❤️

We live pretty close to this Starbucks and enjoy coming here...except dealing with some of the employees. There are great ones and there are consistently some that are the rudest most dismissive folks I've ever encountered at a Starbucks anywhere. Some of them won't even acknowledge you and I believe some of them are racist with how they treated my husband on prior occasions. Do better Starbucks.
...and btw if you don't like me patiently waiting to ask you for a splenda then put them back out so I can grab one for myself. I would rather not interact with you anyway.

No drive thru, but a nice seating area outside with limited seating inside. It is apparent this has no drive-thru as well.
Food/ drink was made fast and well.

OK, it was a Sunday afternoon. The place is busy ... Overheard it they were 11 minutes behind.But then the food prep person sneezes a bunch of times and goes right back to food prep... No passing GO or the wash station.Waiting and waiting as a dozen items are prepped and held behind the counter for over 5 minutes and then brought out en masse. My order still not out... Oh checked in with the food prep associate again and lo and behold, they found my order sitting on the counter. ... Lost the tag I guess ... Said oh here is an egg bite--it should be yours. Mine and quite cold by then...Need a bit of management oversight please ...P. S. Safeway in the same shopping center has a Starbucks. No line, and clearly run professionally.
