Terrible service. Got my order wrong and got my name wrong. I waited in the store for over 30 minutes and waiting for the order that would never arrive. How many 30 minutes you have in your life can be wasted on these nonsense things? If you have many then you can come and visit this store.

I visited this location on a hot day and ordered a coffee along with two waters, one for myself and one for my friend waiting outside with a stroller. I asked the barista, C****n, if I could get the water first since it wasn’t busy, but he insisted on verifying my entire order and name before even considering it. After confirming everything, he still told me I’d have to wait until the full order was ready, even though I just needed the water quickly for my friend’s child. It felt a bit unnecessary and frustrating, especially given the situation. I hope next time there’s a bit more understanding when someone just needs a quick water for a child on a hot day!

The shittiest Coffee that you can ever drink here, I order decaf caramel Frappuccino they just a blend, haunted ice no taste of coffee at all Starbucks need to close all their stores. They sell everything except coffee.

Shout out this Starbuck’s team. The manager on duty June 19, 2025 at 3:40pm was exceptionally patient and kind. They quickly fixed my order while also dealing with an incredibly condescending customer all without losing their cool.

My child ducked into this Starbucks for a quick drink of water while I waited outside, keeping an eye on our bikes. The barista refused to give him even a tap-water cup unless he bought something first. Turning away a thirsty kid—especially when the parent is literally right outside—felt petty and out of step with the hospitality Starbucks claims to value.

We ordered three items and two of them were wrong. We asked not to put milk and the Americanos which they did and my Cortado supposed to not have any sugar in it. On top of that they took the wrong one that I already tried just to prove what?!! I would put it in the trash myself but let’s be real for $4 coffee? Really? Also the Barista was talking to a friend during the whole process. You better pay attention on what you do when you work so you don’t mess up customers orders. Unacceptable and will never go back!

I’ve tried to give this Starbucks a chance but I’m done . Every-time , That I’ve visited this place I’ve had an unpleasant experience. From the baristas drinking personal drinks while making customers beverages. Unprofessional, and unsanitary. Also Not acknowledging a customer that have waited a long time for their drinks Most important issue though. The person at the register named Kim took my order and she was not professional at all and addressed me with a sassy attitude. I have yet to be met with the level of great customer service that Starbucks claim to have. The person who made my drink was also pretty unprofessional as well. There appeared to be an inside joke between the two. A customer should never feel uncomfortable or made to feel like they are being discussed amongst workers. I think her name tag read Carla. Besides the point these two workers are very unprofessional and I am not pleased with their service, and I will not be returning to this location due to the Lack of professionalism and integrity. Distasteful

The service was extremely confrontational when we tried to show them our mobile order that had been forgotten about. They were accusing us of ordering at the wrong store, when we had already picked up one of our ordered items from that store. They then proceeded to ignore us for twenty minutes longer, until we spoke up and again told them that we had been waiting almost 30 minutes because they forgot half of our order. Bagel was yummy.

Drinks are super watered down gets me mad because its not like i can take my tip back , i asked for extra syrup pumps too because this is my third time ordering, i ordered a brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso and it still was nasty i have ordered this drink many times from other locations and its sweet not drinking water with ice.
