This coffee store is well-located in the middle of so much shopping. So there pulled us tired souls in as well as many others who needed a break. It was a good place to relax.

I like the beverage options and most of the foods, mugs and cups, they are always gorgeous. But I still think way to over priced, unfortunately

I live near safeway Starbucks. I go to this Starbucks at least five days a week. I know all the workers that work at the safeway Starbucks and I know most of the workers there. But only Felicia has an attitude problem and so rude. I am terrified of her. I noticed that she is nice to other people that are not Asian. Maybe she doesn't like me because I am Asian. Just to drink coffee I don't want to feel the racism.

I am sorry but Felicia is always rude every time I go to this Starbucks. One time I asked her if I could get a fork, she rolled her eyes and scuffed. She also asked me what's the point of getting a drink that I wanted. Excuse me? Because I want to drink it??? Literally, I tried to be nice to her but no. It honestly ruins my day. I come to Starbucks to get a drink so I could have a great day but she ruins it for me. I mean I understand I am being dramatic over a mean lady who serves coffee but in my opinion a great coffee (or a drink) could make your day better. The other workers who works there is amazing. They are so nice and gives a great service. I think Felicia should improve on her attitude towards costumers. If she did, she would make a great barista.

consistently horrible - it's the closest SB to work, which is the only reason I occasionally go there. Staff is always downright rude, lazy, soooo slow, sloppy and clearly hate their job. The only thing consistent about this location is that my drink is ALWAYS wrong. The staff consistently displays the attitude of a rebellious teenaged brat (not once, but EVERY TIME) and become argumentative when you ask for the correct drink. Starbucks Corporate, you need to pay attention to this kind of bad representation and get rid of these offensive thugs and hire decent people who know what good customer service means.

Very slow. Takes forever to get an order. They need to put more staff. I have had nice staff but also rude staff. Not a good representation of a Starbucks.

Don't even waste your time got my drink made twice still didn't drink it smh less co worker socializing and pay more attention to the drinks we get it it's covid work might be the highlight of your day but if your not satisfying your customers hellloooo you won't have much work just saying... thanks anyway

Worst customer service by two people at a Safeway Starbucks! It's normal to come face to face with rude employees at a Starbucks in Safeway, but these two sucked. Ok the male barista wasn't as bad. He seems more of a follower or is actually smart enough not to be obnoxious. The female cashier already had an attitude when I placed an order. She was already hitting the screen with frustration. Not sure if she didn't want to be there or just plain miserable. I mixed the names around of a drink, so she rudely corrected me. I was like, oh ok. then back to her screen poking it where I can hear. I assumed she was training because she couldn't figure out the register and she needed help with abbreviations on what to put on the cups. I was waiting for her to finish each drink entry before I provided my next order because the last thing I want to do is keep repeating myself to someone who is being rude. I don't do well with that. As I waited for my drinks, the female cashier kept going on and on sarcastically and repeatedly about "I love it here and I want to stay here." Why do I need to hear it?! The sarcastic repeats to make sure I can hear you is not believable and is obnoxiously annoying. All I hear is an attitude and that tells me you don't know how to act. I hope they don't keep you on as an employee. This is why I prefer not to go to Starbucks in a Safeway. You'll never know what attitude you'll receive. Safeway needs to have monthly trainings on providing good customer service even if you don't want to be there. Get another job if you don't like people mixing up the names of drinks. I'm confident I'm not the only one that mixes up names of beverages.

Even tho there are alot of new faces, it doesn't take long to get to know them. It doesn't matter which Starbucks you go to, they all are always happy to see you
