Our reservation was at 5:30 p.m. The food was just okay for the most part, with one standout: the braised beef was fantastic. We ordered the sweet potato tempura (okay), lobster risotto (good), baked brie with pita bread (okay, the cheese was very watery), and baked alaska for dessert (not very tasty). The Valentine's Day specialty drinks were decent but nothing special, especially at $33 each.

The spot seems to have great potential. The front staff member was rude to our party and other patrons. He seemed overwhelmed so we tried to not take it personal. While we were there we noticed he still had a bad attitude with others as they came in. You would think the first person you interact with at a restaurant would be kind and pleasant. Thankfully our waitress was a complete sweetheart. She was quick to change our silverware and plates that were not washed completely and had left over food on it. I really enjoyed the DJs they had. The cocktails are bit pricey but very delicious. The food was decent but not memorable in my opinion. I will probably just come back for good music and a drink.

This is exactly what Walnut Creek and the deep east bay needed. Such a cool and vibey spot and the food is on point. I was in heaven eating there with my homegirl for our birthdays.

Fantastic place! Musically oriented and features live DJs spinning on club quality gear. Volume is on the louder side but it's crystal clear so while you can hear/feel the beats you can also maintain a conversation without shouting at the person across the table from you. Book a reservation though because this place is packed and there's no standing allowed at the bar. Food was excellent, I highly suggest the the hamachi tostada. The combination of flavors created on the sturdy tortilla are out of this world! Drinks are a refreshing break from the norm and compliment the food flavors to a "T." Check it out!

We had a fun Friday night here! The DJ was awesome, and the food was great. The only downside and it was small, was that we were told there was another party waiting for our table. Which makes sense. The issue was the tables on either side of us had been there before we even arrived. I get people not spending hours at a table, but it didn't seem like it was being held consistently- at least not for the tables around us. That being said, I will definitely be back!

The ambience is cool. Food is very over priced. Service was slow and the owner came up to us as we finishing up our entrees saying we couldn't have desert or our last drink because someone was waiting for our table. We were not taking our sweet time. We were waiting for food and waiting to order. We were all so shocked that we laughed. Needless to say none of us will be going back. We spent a lot of money and were being very patient with the slow service.

This was my second trip to Stereo 41 within one week! Truly enjoy the cuisine, service, friendliness of all the staff and decor. Lunch is more suited to me as the loud music and disco ball were a bit munch for conversation during dinner! Thank you
