A clean and neat Sandwich Shop nestled in Downtown Walnut Creek's Financial District. The shop has been around for a decade and is still one of the best places to grab a great Sandwich !!

I was a frequent patron all of 2019 since it's a convenient location in WC, but it appears the owner changed at some point last year. That's what I'm assuming based on the change in service and quality which fell LOW. I purchased a sandwich against my better judgement in December and was treated so rudely by a staff member named Maria over an app glitch, and I vowed to not return. I visited again in February against my better judgement, and the staff was particularly vulgar - they kept repeating "See* you* next* Tuesday*" (note, this stands for "********* over and over while I waited quietly for my sandwich to be assembled. Please don't give your hard earned money to this location, better to go to a location where staff actually takes pride in customer service and their work.

The manager and staff here are the most helpful at any Subway I've ever been to. Just saw the manager go to a customer at a table and correct their transaction which they had overpaid for. Restaurant is clean and efficient as well!

Clean, empty. We were there between meals. They had already run out of sliders which was annoying. Don't you bake your bread there? Throw some more in the oven!
