There is nothing much to say about the food and atmosphere, it was as regular as other subway branches. The only problem with this restaurant is timing, google says it is open till 9 PM on somedays but the guy closes before 8 PM and even keeps the "open" light flashing on the door. I have spoken to him earlier too about this and he says "yeah it is like that". This guy has come from a different planet, heights of unprofessionalism.

Unfortunately, we were unable to experience the food/service/atmosphere because our online order was taken, said it was ready for pick up, paid for, and when my husband showed up at 6:45pm, they were closed. Do not trust this location. We chose this location because it was open, yet they took our money and said the order was ready and gave us nothing in return.

Awful service. I came in on August 23, 2023 at 8:25pm to get a sandwich, and the employee refused to make one. He said "It's almost 8:30pm, which is when we close." I said "it's 8:25pm though." He said, "sorry, it takes a while to make a sandwich. I won't have time." I come here often, but definitely not anymore.If that wasn't bad enough, I later found out that they close at 9pm per their website.

Ordered 6 footlong sandwiches. After making all 6 refused to take coupon for 3 at $17.99. What are they going to do? Waste them? I bet not. Probably put everything back when no customers present. Will not be back!!

The guy is so rude when asked if he would honor coupons. You won't get your money's worth because the sandwich he prepares doesn't have enough fillings. For a 6 inch sandwich that costs more than $6 you're better off getting a whole roasted chicken from Costco which is under $5.

Stopped by on my way home around 8:35pm and saw the open sign was on (open until 9pm). Went to the door and it was locked with one employee standing in the kitchen. Was told they were closed with a gesture instead of personally telling me why they are closed early today with the open sign on. Never going here again. Don't waste time.

Check your receipts! Ordered 2 footlongs for $8.89 and the guy charged me for a steak and a Turkey sandwich which were more expensive. I looked at the receipt in the car thinking it was just a mistake and brought the receipt back and asked for a refund and to be charged for the correct sandwiches. The guy started arguing about which ones I ordered... and then tried to argue that I added bacon. I'm like, "Dude you just made it a few minutes ago and I know what I ordered!" He took the receipt and threw it away. I got it back but he refused to help. Another employee came in and she was very sweet and responsive. She voided it and charged the correct amount. (Dude was talking in her ear the whole time mumbling how it's wrong and he's going to check the cameras) I left out some details but insane experience just to get some sandwiches! How is he still employed there?

Terrible service. I eat at Subway all the time and this has to be the worst one. The worker put 3 tiny pieces of onion and when I asked for more, he said "this isn't a veggie sandwich. That's all you get". Not going back!They also randomly close way before their posted hours.
