Love this spot and frequent it pretty often but just recently had quite a bad experience with the service at the counter. One of the staff members making the bowls appeared rude and impatient to my mother and I. She gave me a dirty look while I was trying to translate to my mom (who doesn’t understand English well) what base, ingredients she’d like. I would expect her to show some dignity and patience especially with my mom being elderly. And side note - every time I’ve...
