Not sure why this T4 is only rated a 3.9. We've tried a lot of boba in the area, many of which are excellent, but T4 is our favorite. So far we have only had the pearl milk tea, but we come back whenever we can for it. Even at 100% sweet it isn't nearly as sweet as at other places, so it is more refreshing and light. I get 50% sweet and you can really taste the floral notes to the tea that they use. Fantastic both with whole milk and soy milk. Online ordering is easy and we have never waited very long. Worth a stop for a good drink!

Maybe because it’s a late night order (8:30pm via DoorDash), the popcorn chicken tastes very weird and almost sour. I was so excited for this night snack delivery, but even with multiple tries, the food tasted bad, and I didn’t want to risk it further.
