I love their Jasmine Milk Tea Boba (50% sweet) and Basil Popcorn Chicken with the Thai Chili Sauce. Sooo good!! I have been here at least 7-8 times.The last couple times I visited though, the people who took my order were very unpleasant. No smiling and seemed like they were very very unhappy to be there that day. Smile gentleman and ladies, life is good. I am a regular Customer, it is like a quick come and go spot where I can order and then just shop elsewhere. But if I have to be honest the popcorn chicken doesn't always taste the best. Some days it's bland and others are filled with crumbles and barely any chicken pieces.

It's alright. I come here often to get their pudding milk tea with pearls and their popcorn chicken. The quality of the popcorn chicken varies but most of the time it is good. I would say that there is quite a long wait, but it is reasonable since there were many people who placed an order.

Really bad customer service! Went here, ordered from kiosk. Waited over 30 minutes for the worker to say they didn't have what i ordered. He told other customers as soon as they walked in that kiosk wasn't working but when I ordered I just kept getting stares from worker without even saying anything until I went up and asked if my order was almost ready. ZERO STARS

The boba is fine but I have been so unimpressed with the customer service. Sometimes I come with my four or six-year-old and ask if I can split my drink so my kid can have a little and the associate usually refuses to split it or are rude about it. Most the time my kid ends up spilling it because it has no lid. I understand the policy may be not to split drinks but being reasonable and understanding the request would be appreciated. I choose not to buy my young child their own so they dont have a full cup of overly sugary drink. I am really disappointed in their policy and how they train their employees.
A cup of milk tea costs less than one dollar, but the price is $6. This price is indeed a bit expensive, but it’s okay to be a bit more expensive. But when you tell them that you need a plastic bag, they are very reluctant to give it to you.

They're so slow. I suggest if u wanna come here for boba order ahead. 12 mins for two milk teas..is that normal? There were three other people inside & all got their drinks before us even if we ordered before.

I love T4! They serve my favorite boba drink - a Chocolate Smoothie with mini boba! The Strawberry Tea is also a great choice! I I've also enjoyed their calamari, dumplings, popcorn chicken & egg puffs.
