I ordered the #8 three Taco Doritos Supreme! And instead got One Taco, and One Burrito. The Burrito was one of the basic ones. They're probably inside eating my two missing Tacos. Look inside your bag before you leave the Drive-Thru!

This location is very convenient but I was not able to eat inside because of the smell, not sure if it’s old grease smell or from the bathroom or something else but would be much better if gets a deep cleaning.

So we love Taco Bell the weirdest thing is they change the Cinnabon Delights to some kind of crunchy chip dessert instead of the soft Cinnabons with a cream in the middle. The new Cinnabon is awful

This Taco Bell was absolutely ridiculous! ZERO customer service ZERO sanitary standards, ZERO EFFORT in being punctual with how long it takes to get food to you. 30 minutes went by and we still had not received our food! FULLY STAFFED. Napkins not stocked, lobby was filthy. And personal items of employees on counters where they make FOOD.
My husband got a beefy five layer burrito. As he was eating it he discovered a hair but just pulled it out. As he continued eating it he discovered SO MANY MORE HAIRS! It was like someone had purposefully put hairs in it, long 7” hairs. He couldn’t finish it and this guy finishes everything. Disgusting!!! Also they forget our hot sauce EVERY time.

Whoever made my cheesy gordita crunch tonight is an artist. It came out of its wrapper looking like it was made for an ad (very full of ingredients, not flat and sad like you often see), and then when I bit into it there was an actual cheese pull! So good. Keep doing what you’re doing.
