Oh my goodness is the lady at the cash register rude! I called to order a taco salad and I stated what I would like on it and she said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I asked her to please repeat my order (my reason is because they have messed up my order in the past). She immediately acted super exacerbated as if I was asking her something abnormal. The first thing she said was "tomatoes and guacamole" and those were the two things I did not want because I am allergic to avocado and do not like tomato. I said "oh no tomato or guac please!" and she gave me so much attitude and I repeated my order and then I asked her to repeat it again just due to my allergy I don't want to have to them re make it when I get there. And she hung up on me!! This is not the first time I have been hung up on by this place. It's really unfortunate because it costs nothing to be polite and they will be losing out on a customer just due to the rudeness. I wouldn't recommend based of customer service.

They accepted online payment for a large take out order on a day there were closed (MLK day -dinner)! Ok so maybe they forgot to turn off online payment on a day they are closed or a system error?? Tried to alert the restaurant and get a refund. When calling them to explain their error and request a refund for a meal they charged us for when the restaurant was closed - they hung up on us. Very disappointing. Very shady.

This is a sister probably of the tortilleria on monument, it's super good! I tried the other spots in the area and they are good but this place is mucho authentic

I paid extra for a Super Carne asada burrito and there were no sour cream. The burrito was so super dry. It was not also cut in half as I've requested.

The prices here are ridiculous when ordering out. Almost 60 dollars for a couple of tacos and a soda and they still messed up on the order! The food was mediocre at best and there's no shortage of better options for some good Mexican food. Save yourself the trouble, it's a hard pass on this location.

This is my 1st time to Place Order to goOrdered a Super Burtito to go ;Chicken with Pinto Beans & Sour Cream only. I Repeated myself 3 times to Lady & I also added a small bag of chips with Salsa.To my Surprise, When I got Home to enjoy eating my burrito I cut it open with my Fork & Knife I Found burn pieces of chicken , Pinto beans, Rice, Onions, cheese. It almost feel left over food packed in my burrito. I was Disappointed! ???Do Not Go & Do Not Order from this place !!!!!!!!!

This is an absolutely incredible taco place. I love the crunchy tacos and I can never decide which meat to get because they're all so good. Highly recommend this place. I drive out from about 35 min away every week to meet a friend there.
