Came for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Not a lot of people seated, nice window view of the outside. Parking was a bit of a struggle to get here, but overall not too bad.
Ordered off of the executive lunch special, and had the tuna tacos and paella negra for myself, others had ordered the crab croquetta and paella mixta. Everything was good, I personally preferred the negra over the mixta, but both were good. The tapas were excellent and delicious all around.
Servers were attentive and friendly, environment was clean and pleasant to look at. At the end of the bill is a 20% service charge, so tipping is not recommended unless you choose to do so. Overall a good experience for lunch!
The food was great. The server was friendly and on top of everything. The place was chill and great views. Loved it, and I can't wait to go again.
The atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious and the service was excellent
The rating should be 3 1/2, First the dining area tables are close and it can be noisy. OpenTable mentioned there was a dress code, but it didn’t seem to apply for a 1/3 of the diners, For the $$$$ we paid I would have expected greater attention. They charge a flat 20% service fee plus optional tipping. The tapas were very stylized and we enjoyed the pulpo and crab croquette. The socarrat on the paella was pretty good, but seemed as if the whole dish was baked. The shrimp was not deveined and mushy. One reason not to get fish on Sunday (not fresh). The churros were premade and heated over. A bit to chewy.
Service from Manuel was amazing! Love the staff here. Food could have a *bit* more flavor - tomato bread and burrata salad specifically. Also oysters not meaty enough to be $5 ea. But the tomahawk was cooked perfectly and wine/drinks were delicious. Also loved the crab croquetas and empanadas! Reminder half the menu is tapas and they are SMALL portions (tapas in Barcelona are bigger but alas we are in America).
Telefèric Barcelona in Walnut Creek is a fantastic spot! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a night out. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food is delicious, and the drinks are just as impressive—everything pairs together perfectly. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality. Highly recommend for a great evening out!

Great food, but sometimes the service was slow when ordering tapas on demand. It's probably best to order all at once.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian offerings, but buyer beware.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Elevator to 2nd floor.

Came on a Saturday at 5 pm with a party of 6. The atmosphere was amazing, and the service was pretty good when we were being attended. Water cups are constantly filled, and they swap out your appetizer plates. The food was a bit disappointing. The pulpo tapas is amazing, 5 out of 5 but very small portion. The patatas bravas are a good appetizer. Ordered the Paella Mixta, and it was not adequate on par with the restaurant. The shrimp tasted a couple of days old. Normally, I try a dish more than once to make sure, but on this particular visit, we ordered 3 paella mixtas and all the same results. The waiter asked if we wanted bread and charged 4 dollars for 4 cracker sized pieces of toast. Might come back to try the steak but not sure if it's going to be worth it.

It’s my favorite restaurant I go there at least twice a month. But everything is becoming more and more salty, especially on the weekend. Could you please make it less salty?

Had dinner here recently while visiting family in Danville CA. Telefèric is a Spanish Tapas themed restaurant located in the Walnut Creek shopping district. We were there fairly early so it wasn’t too busy as of yet. Having been to Barcelona within the last year and also just visited Julian Serrano’s Tapas Bar in Vegas I would say we were slightly disappointed. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu including the paella. Honestly nothing really stood out as excellent. It was good, but we were expecting more.
Reservations recommended especially the weekends. Plenty of parking nearby in the garages and a short walk to the Restaurant which is on the 2nd floor of a building. The best thing were the tuna tacos that you could have gotten anywhere. The dishes came out quickly which would lead me to believe they were pre made, except for the paella.
Parking: Parking nearby or a short walk away in the free garage.

Amazing dinner overall, great service, food, drinks, and atmosphere!! We had spicy sangrias, patatas bravas and a paella mixta, which was plenty of food for 2. Total was about $100 after tip which was very fair for the quality and portions. Will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

Overrated!! What's with the name of Barcelona? This is an insult to Barcelona, Spain, which I've been to a gazillion times. This place does not emite any Catalunyan nor Spanish vibes, at all!! Prices are exaggerated, tapas are barely edible, and sangria's are a very diluted pink lemonade. Oh, and there's a 20 percent added gratuity on the check that you're mti aware of until the check is presented to you. Never going back to this place.
