Fries are battered and excellent. Burger was juicy. All the negative reviews seem to correlate to their cheesesteak. Not sure why one would go to a burger place and rate them poorly without ordering a burger lol

Okay so I hate to leave a bad review, but I have to say the burgers were whack. I travel all over trying out burger spots. I had a cheeseburger the patty was hard and chewy . Every bite was kind of a chore. We also ordered the fried zucchini and it tasted like it was fried with seafood. I did not care for their ranch dressing either had a mildew taste to it. The milk shake was good. I think if this place has potential if they stop over cooking meat and buy different beef. Also don't mix seafood and other food in fryer luckily im not allergic to seafood. So the 3 stars are for the service and location. Sorry guys hope things get better.

Best Burger I've ever had, I was actually in Mancini sleep-world when I discovered it. I was being helped by a manager named John, who gave me and my girlfriend the best deal on a mattress. He recommended this place during the closing deal and I have no regrets trying it out. Big enough burger to feed two people! I highly recommend it, go try it out.

They were very accommodating to me, I am on a pretty strict diet. I requested a turkey burger lettuce wrap with nothing on it except mustard and veggies and they accommodated that. The fries are dusted in flour before they are fried so if you are on a limited diet or are gluten sensitive this is and would be an issue. Really friendly staff and quick service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite and pretty good burger.

Not the best time to be cheating people out of their money. My dad and I stopped in for a couple of beers and apps; my dad paid in cash and the guy at the front taking orders stole his $20 and then proceeded to say my dad never put the $20 in front of him when We have 3 witnesses that saw him do it. Got all frazzled and even when he knew he was caught wouldn't admit it and didn't serve my dad the beers or food we ordered. Unbelievable. Thats not going to get you more business

Well, with Covid, we ordered food from Burger Loft. It was delivered quickly, like very quickly, which was awesome. The burgers were really good, cooked as ordered, the fries were great too.Although we would have preferred to dine out while in a new city for the night, this hit the spot.

Extremely wonderful!!!! The waiter was very friendly and very helpful. The food was amazing ? and the drinks was deliciously refreshing. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good sit down and great food.

Got a cheddar burger with lettuce wrap instead of buns. They hardly gave me any lettuce so I couldn't eat it with my hands, had to use a fork & knife instead. The fries however were amazing! I don't know what oil they're frying it in but it comes out perfectly crunchy & not greasy. The service was also friendly. Unfortunately couldn't deem them 4 stars because the burger at this joint wasn't the best.
Great but expensive but worth it think they have great fried zucchini which is my favorite!

Horrible! Ordered the Philly cheesesteak rather it come with sliced beef it came with ground beef... Very tricky and very cheap of them. Never again

My husband and stopped by for pick up due to Shelter in a Place for our drive through date night dinner. Our choice was burgers and we usually go to the counter or Mona's. We were really looking forward to trying out the food based on the reviews. It was terrible every single item, woefully overpriced making it a poor value, not fresh and we,ll never eat there again. Here is what we ordered: Buffalo wings $9, garlic and truffle fries$5 each, bacon cheeseburger $13 and Main Street burger $14. For a$46 order we expected quality and what we got was surprisingly bad. The upside was the food was ready quickly within the 10 minute window promised Let's start with wings, there were five tiny clearly frozen before dried up wings. $2 each for dried up, previously frozen and no drummers just the side portion. Outrageous! Should be eliminated from menu. The fries were frozen not fresh for $5 each a 1/2 cup portion small and not flavorful at all. If you're going to charge premium the fries need to be fresh, more generous and seasoned. Lastly the burger itself also prepackaged/ frozen not handmade. The lettuce was minced on top vs a full piece and tasted several days old. My medium burger was cooked fine but should have been at a $7 price point as most fast food burgers were better. My husbands tried the bacon, cooked fine, small portion, frozen and not good. We threw it away went to bed hungry and wish we went to Five Guys, Burger King or The Counter or Mona's who knows how to make a high end burger. I don't recommend this place and I really wanted to love it.

My family ordered Burger Loft last night around 5:30-6PM and it was delivered via grub hub. We got curly fries, garlic fries, a blue cheese burger, and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The fries were good but the portion was hella small. The burger we ordered was correct and a good size but unfortunately nothing amazing since there are many options in my area. HOWEVER, the biggest disappointment was the sandwich. No where on the menu online or on yelp mention that the cheese STEAK sandwich would be made with cheap GROUND beef. It was so frustrating receiving this after working a long night in the hospital. My family and I usually cook at home but wanted to support local businesses and decided to order something we thought would be convenient and taste good. SADLY, the sandwich was not as advertised. I would understand if they ran out of steak but I would have expected they would be professional and call to clarify that the order would be substituted for something else or at least give me the option to change my order. Unfortunately, I do not see my family or I ordering again from this spot. I wouldn't recommend it!
