The restaurant is and always has been a great place to have friends, family, a date, or just an enjoyable experience alone. The food is good and on par for the restaurant. I come for the ambiance and the modern environment. There's no suit and tie required, but if you wore one, you'd fit into the scene. I will continue to enjoy this restaurant. Pricing for food and cheesecake is reasonable. I hope you enjoy your experience.

Disgraceful. I ordered DoorDash and they gave my order to someone else and had to remake it. Over 30 min to remake a single chicken schwarma?! And then when I called to see why my food was taking so long they left me on hold for over 10 minutes after saying “give me 2 minutes to check with the kitchen”…I hung up after being left listening to that god awful music for 10+ minutes. My DoorDash driver was finally given an update and messaged me. Coming up on 70 minutes since I placed the order and my dasher still doesn’t have my food because of Cheesecake Factory’s absolutely pathetic service and staff.

Why would they not melt the cheese on a burger. It demonstrates the chefs afterthought!! I will not be ordering it again. It was very basic!!

Food is excellent. Service was pretty good. It is always SO loud in there. Also, it took us 2 hours from the time we sat down till the time we left. Too slow.

I really like going to the Cheesecake Factory. But you have to choose a cheesecake or a dish otherwise you won't finish the meal. Fortunately there are takeaway boxes. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is attentive.

Table and seat were dirty even after asking for it to be cleaned off by a bus boy. Bathroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper and women’s sanitary napkins poking out of the garbage can. Menu did not mention meat in the dish I ordered and was surprised to see meat was included

It's ok here. Service is mediocre. Many of the servers seem like they don't know what they are doing. The saving grace is the cheesecakes of course.

Really nice location and decor, service was also great. Food was the disappointing factor, we went during late lunch hour not to busy all of our food was not great no one finished any of the dishes.

Was disappointed by the lack of specification of the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta having crouton strings after spending $27 and the toppings falsely advertising only, "Penne Pasta, Honey Glazed Chicken, Asparagus, Red and Yellow Peppers, Peas, Garlic and Onion in a Spicy Chipotle Parmesan Cream Sauce". If I had known there were crouton strings, I wouldn't have gotten it as it made the dish less appetizing and enjoyable for me. I hope the portion size for any future dishes I might return for will be larger as it was not as big as I recalled the Rigatoni dish had been a couple years back. Minus one star for the service because the waitress had what felt like a condescending tone at times.
