I took my 4 students there, the service was horrible. One of my student ordered steak, the server Janelle did not put on the order, my student waited all the way until others all finish their dinner. In between the time, we all take turn to raise our hand to call her over, she ignored us so many times after a glance. We didn’t expect smiles, but definitely not like this.After we questioned other waiters and the manager, she finally comes and claims that one of my student didn’t order anything, and it’s us who mistaken the dish orders, and started to listing out everyone’s order falsely to prove we are wrong. But my student was the FIRST one to order the steak Dianne, we all remember she asked how he would like it to be done! The way she pointing finger at us was unacceptable! Still appreciate the other man( I assume he is a manager?),!tried to listen to our concerns when Janelle is not even showing up.In addition, the steaks are too hard to chew for a medium well, we have ordered 3 Steak Dianne, one is too salty, another is tasteless. Other branches of Cheesecake Factory definitely taste better than this one.I did like my cheesecake, they are so good that I ordered more to take home to share with my family.

I had the slowest service last night. There was not a server in sight. After we were seated, we waited for 20 minutes for somebody to take our order, and I had to flag down the host to have him help us bring a server to our table. After we ordered, it took another 20 minutes for them to come with bread, and another 20 minutes for our food to come, and one of our meals were wrong. The guy who brought us our meals sent that one back into the kitchen. Another 30 minutes go by and we’ve finished our other meals, but our server decides to come to our table to tell us they don’t have the meal we ordered. So we decided to cancel our order and asked for a cheesecake. We waited another 20 minutes and decided we didn’t need it, so we asked them to cancel that as well and paid to leave. Worst experience ever.

The look and feel is fancy and beautiful. There's a variety of food options with a mix of Italian, Mexican, Asian and American. Of course there's also a huge variety of cheesecake which you can buy at the front without needing to eat there if you want to. The food is good, the cheesecake is delicious and the service is good. The price wasn't too bad either, pretty comparable to similar restaurants. I recommend making a reservation in advance if you want a guaranteed seat without the long wait which I did and got seated immediately. I would definitely come back.Parking: There are several parking garages close by with free 3 hr parking.

Had shared appetizers and Cheese CakeFor dessert! Perfect Late Lunch....no dinner needed. I recommend the Hershey's Cheesecake....

A mistake happened that was no big deal. We had to come back the next day which was not a big deal at all to us we loved our waiter they were amazing!!…BUT when the manager came over to apologize he did not offer any kind of compensation or discount. We had to come back and ask if it would be possible to get a coupon or voucher the manager said no but we can give you a free cheesecake. I felt like the manager should have taken something off the bill since the bill was over $200. Also the carbonara pasta was mid AF.
