The Habit Burger Grill

Had a great experience at The Habit Burger! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right — you can really taste the quality in every bite. What stood out just as much as the food was the excellent service. Fanny and Marcos were both super friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s always nice to be treated like a valued guest, and they really made the visit enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

Extremely rude general manager. This does not reflect on any other employees. Disrespectful of the personal space of patrons and makes jokes which are not funny.

Came in for lunch before our boba truck pop-up event at Northgate High School.

Tbh, this is the best Habit Burger I've been to so far. Super clean and friendly staff.

The only suggestion I have is probably to have the code to the bathroom printed on the receipt 😉

This review gets one star only because the bank refunded the charge to my card immediately. Online order, couldn’t get a confirmation that the order was processed. But my credit card was charged anyway. Called the “store” which connects you to a remote call center. I explained the problem to two different people, the second guy told me just to drive to the store (Walnut Creek on Geary Rd) to see if the order went through. Drive down, no order, plus the manager seemed like she could care less. Last time ordering or eating there. And the food is about 1/2 step up from McD’s anyway.

My order was made incorrectly, when I made them aware the manager and the staff that were responsible for cooking behind the grill was unprofessional and and rude. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience to make my order the way I wanted and to make it right. Will not return . If there is an issue with a customers order , you should talk amongst yourselves in a different language as I’m not aware of what they are saying.

Honestly just really disappointed they started charging for extra ranch, it’s like 50-60 cents a cup.

Girlfriend had a birthday email for a free charburger. Upon trying to redeem they wouldn’t accept it because the barcode wouldn’t load in their restaurant. It was clearly from them and showed the free item and expiration date but said they have to have the barcode. I know they could’ve accepted it but they chose not to. Won’t be back.
