I'm giving 2 stars for a specific incident only. I go to this location often because it is cleaner and their food quality is better than Concord location. So I went there two days ago and placed my usual order. The total should be $19 with tax but they charged me $22.75. I realized it right away when the cashier gave me my receipt. I noticed that they charged me $3.75 tip own their own. I asked the manager who was standing by the cashier to fix that because I had put cash tip in the tip bin and that's how I always do at fast food kind of places. Mind you it is not a place where they serve you food at the table but I still put tip in the bin. The manager said that he can't refund that because it's already taken from my credit card. Umm! No it's not, I just paid for my food and all he had to do is give me cash back but he refused. I wanted to cancel my entire order after that but didn't. Sad! They rather lose a frequent customer that fix something small.

They have a new addition to their menu - the $5 Simple Crafts - choice of grilled cheese on sourdough bread with yellow and white cheese, chardog with carmelized onions, ketchup and mustard or BLT with smoky bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato on sourdough. I decided to try the BLT and it was delicious - nicely toasted - enough crispy bacon (almost too salty for my taste) lettuce and tomato for a great snack or meal depending on your appetite. Order online and reduce your wait time - decide on your pick up time and it will be ready for you. For $5 - a great deal and delicious!!! (Sorry the photo is blurry)

Their food is good but their service is horrible. I needed a correction with an order that I had just placed. I called the number listed here and it goes to a call center. They said that they could not help me. When I asked if they could transfer me to the actual store they said they couldn't. When I asked for the number to the store, they said the restaurant does not have a phone. Really?? They don't have a phone. Either she was lazy and lying or corporate decided that they do not need a phone aka: provide customer service. It's a joke. They have lost my business.

Hello, 12.26.23 were in The Habit Burger Grill. Everything was pretty much tasty, we took burgers and french fries. But in the next day so today, the two of us were poisoned, we had stomach pains, vomiting and fever, we ate the same thing yesterday and it was these burgers, so it was definitely from them, the establishment was not bad, but we generally do not recommend visiting this establishment if you do not want to get poisoned

This is my favorite location, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I normally order burgers and they’re always perfectly made. Today the app glitched out and said my order didn’t go through so I ordered again and it turns out the order went through and I had paid for 2, the manager took my information and told me he would send an email to get my money back. 11/10 service!

Food is generally good but they don't pay attention. Ordered a kids meal. $14 with tax, tip, and onion ring and shake upcharge. Got 3 onion rings. And not four big ones. Four tiny ones from the end of the onion. And two were stuck together. So really 2 tiny pieces. Hey, Habit, guess who didn't deserve the tip I left? Yes, you!
