Hangout omelette was great, of you like bacon this is your jam. The chicken katsu curry was ok. The sauce itself was great, but the way the chicken was needed and fried wasn't the best. Potatoes are delish. the matcha black sugar latte was good flavor, but very sweet, and Ube espresso was tasty.

Maybe i caught them on a bad day but sadly,hate to say it....overpriced bland food.The oil they fry the chicken with(at least on the day I was there) was clearly not fresh.The hollandaise sauce left much to be desired,the crispy potatoes were not seasoned and not crispy,the latte was Luke warm Pleasant staff,the service was prompt!

My go-to spot for breakfast! The food is always delicious and the service is consistently great. I’ve been to both the Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek locations, and they offer the same top-notch quality. The Walnut Creek location is a bit more spacious, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

Nothing but amazing. Amazing food. Amazing flavors. Amazing service. We went around 930AM so the outdoor patio was empty and it was nice and quiet.
The service was impeccable. They checked on us regularly and made us feel very welcome. PUPPY FRIENDLY!! They showed our sweet pup love with pets and a bowl of water.
The only downside was the bees outdoors so be prepared for that. They were quite a nuisance but that’s only if you are sitting on the patio.
We had the poutine, the hangout omelette and my wife had one of their specials. All fantastic. We raved about the curry gravy and they even brought us a small container to take home of just the curry gravy. So sweet of them!
We will be back!!!

Met up for a biz trip, food was really good and atmosphere was busy but not too loud to talk
Came here on a Monday and it was crowded but no wait. I’m not usually a pancake person but the Ube pancakes were delish. We also ordered the Hangout dish. Noodles with egg. Good flavors. I need to come back here again and try other dishes! Also loved the Ube latte!

We ordered rhe monster hotcakes and it was very sweet (way too sweet and i am a regular french toast and pancake eater). There were also some edible flowers on my eggs which i found cute but also strange.

Good food and very generous portions however, a little pricey, especially some of the side items like adding sausage or coffee. But, if you come for the pancakes, they are spectacular, they’re very varied, all sorts of different flavors like eBay or chai tea or the lemon. The inside is very simple, and I can only speak to the pancakes but they were great.
Si buscas un lugar para desayunar, este sitio es muy bueno para los Pancakes, aunque si son un poco caritos, para los Pancakes vale la pena pero los acompañantes no sé.
